Oh dear what have i started Well personally in my experience they are less romantic but then it depends what your willing to put up with. If he is expecting you to sit twiddling your thumbs whilst he gets hot and sweaty over this weeks nuts edition i say kick him to the kerb Lets face it a guy who buys these isnt looking to read his stars or the problem pages like us women . Most men dont think like that and i tell you something else he isnt thinking of romance when picking up nuts in the news agents

I don't really know the answer, but whenever I've bought them it's occurred to me that they're rather like those awful sex comedies of the 1970's , those Confessions films , the main reason is to see some naked birds, but this is then camouflaged with a sort of nervous crappy humour .
You get this a lot in British culture, it's almost as if they're embarassed to admit that they find girls attractive and have to cover it over in that juvenile , lager-lout way .
I understand why the Lads mag phenemonon happened (even tho I can't spell it) - men had gotten sick and tired of trying to be whatever the hell it was Women wanted that week and wanted to stop feeling guilty about looking at pretty girls etc.
But they still can't quite get rid of that embarassment it seems, are they like this Europe? I don't think they are , they like having pretty girls in the mags but I don't think they have those pathetic captions .
that didn't answer the question at all sorry, went off on a ramble a bit.

Maybe us girls should go out and purchase the mag for women only or some such mag in which there are heaps of yummy naked guys . I wonder if that would be ok with the same men who buy these magazines i doubt it and i can say that from experience And yet most of these men expect us women to be a size zero blonde and sexy 24/7 but what are they giving back ? Most have to be nagged to shower on a daily basis Its about time there was a naked guy on page 3 of the sun and money off coupons for sex toys for women . ( no offence ment to any men )

The way Tesco's are going it won't be long before they are selling gadgets for ladies I subscribe to Nuts, I have one issue of Zoo (Aisleyne was in it) and I have a bath every day. I would pose for page 3 but it would not do much for the circulation of the newspaper. .I do buy lady friends flowers, chocs etc but I expect her to get her round in. I have also bought some editions of More magazine, what does that make me? #rant#
