Here is what I think about the offical myspace/blog/website:
Any person is free to contact either Aisleyne or her agent by any means they have available to pass on their thoughts about having an official point of contact/information source.
BTW I also made a wordpress blog, see the other forums board and asked for people to contribute. Word Press is the best bloger on the net and easy to use.

I think we're all agreed that ash owes us nothing (we're not spiral!) , but the fact is she is the most popular HM on the net and it's ridiculous that she isn't exploiting it .
It's also worrying that her agent doesn't respond to Dogtired , i mean I'm not saying that her agent should do what we think but to give no response is just rude and bad business.

I can't remember whether I've said this before on the forum or not, however . . . Ash's agent's job is to maximise Aisleyne's income. Setting up a website for Aisleyne wouldn't achieve this unless there was a subscription or she had some products to sell. Assuming that neither of these things are in the pipeline, a website would merely be a drain on Aisleyne's income. And why bother when we, Team Aisleyne, Ash Fans and others are doing the work for her.
I remember Julian saying that Michelle Bass didn't set up her own website for at least a year, if not longer.
It is slightly strange that Emma Rouse has not responded at all to anybody's approaches. However, you could look upon that as being because there's no money to be made from it, so it just isn't going to be top of her priorities.
Add to that, the fact that Aisleyne herself is said not to own a computer and it is not surprising that none of us have had much direct contact.

But surely part of an agent's job is to promote their client , I don't understand why she doesn't tell one of the fansites Ash's upcoming PAs for instance, it costs nothing to do that .

I agree with that part kowalski. Maybe agents see the promotion part to be the job of the people that book their clients. Their main role is to try to get work, sift through and advise on offers and negotiate fees. Maybe the problem for us has also been that there have been too many people writing e-mails. One thing you can be sure of is that if her agents think we can be useful in terms of Ash's career, they'll contact us.

It does,nt matter what reasons we find to understand it, the facts are that the Agents should be doing more. Look at the end of the day, how does anyone stay in the limelight if they are not promoted?? surely if Ais agents or whoever are aware of a big fanbase they should be doing something ABOUT getting merchandise together to sell. I.e., Really nice posters signed, little auto biogs, anything with Ais picture on just like they would anyone else they were trying to flog to the public. That is exactly what they should be doing too... flogging ais to the public, it makes HER money, it makes THEM money and every artiste is usually exploited to the back of their fillings as a rule. I still cannot see personally what is going on with Ais all I can think of is that she is a very 'small' celeb in their eyes and they feel they have very little to promote The one thing that makes people famous is PUBLIC DEMAND. There is public demand for Ais where our fakers are concerned but maybe we are just a small minority??? maybe in our own enthusiasm we have not really looked at the situation in truth. Perhaps Ais is just another face SOME people MIGHT recognise?? I dont know, but I know that even if she has not REAL talent in anything other than modelling then they should do something more with the modelling because Ais is beautiful. She is lovely in all her modelling pics. She needs to stay classy though as I have to be honest and say that it is important that she is not involved in any kind of sleaze. I agree with Dogtired about the Fanclub She is right about the responsibility of setting up and stuff and I should have thought before speaking, however, I just feel that it is one thing to have fun rumaging around for info on Aisleyne but quite another when obvious FANS are being ignored which is definately the case...

Also maybe (and have a go at me if you want) just maybe Aisleyne doesnt want to rush things, yes her Agent may or may not being doing things quick enough just to please some people, and what we do get i think is quite reasonable, but its not up to us to tell people what to do. And ODM is right - its all down to public demand and i have seen some blogs on here (internet) that are hyper critical of Aisleyne but some blogs where they like her - its a win some lose some situation. IMO Aisleyne can take her time - getting bits and pieces of news is always a good thing but when some people seem to want NEWS now when you should realise your not going to always get news now and they need to stop being so darn critical.....And if she goes back to modelling, as i remember way back in the house that she wanted just to go back to what she did before, who are we to say she can't - its all hypothetical in what she does with her BB Fame i say......again have a go at me im just being a little realistic in her options and i am a big Aisleyne fan

I think it would be great if Ash had some kind of official presence on the web. I was just thinking today however, that she might find it a bit unsettling to come on here and read about us all discussing every aspect of her life, even those she might rather werent discussed. Also if we knew she might read our posts, we might start to be more circumspect with what we were saying. However if she ever did choose to come on here, you wouldn't find me complaining about it. I'm of the opinion that she doesn't owe us any more thanks than she has already given, but a website or myspace would help garner more support for her, and would enhance her career. I don't know if it will be of any help, but I think Ash's designer friend has joined the TA forum, and made a post yesterday, but it may just be a one off.

Its obviously for next year so maybe it will be in the shops for christmas??? Anyway Im sure it will be lovely, we need to see Ais up on the wall even if its down the local garage !!!! point of fact is, to be seen is to be remembered and I think the Calender is a great way of keeping Ais on the wall every month of the year....
