That's irking me a bit.

Why is Big pictures not making sure there are plenty of new photos of Ash out there?

Perhaps there was no red carpet for this event, and the press weren't allowed inside?

Ash looked beautiful at the UMA's but did she borrow the dress from someone or was is just an exact replica you decide.

Is that not Bianca Gascoigne?
Ash was very friendly with her at the LI party, perhaps she did ask to borrow it?

Or perhaps Bianca just told her where she got it?

Either way it suits Ash perfectly.

Here's an article from the rwd mag website which mentions Ash, how many awards exactly did she announce or present because this is for best magazine and it seems she also presented two other awards.

Big Pictures were there but they seem to be protecting her snaps from the public, judging by the Bruno Press site

I think it was just the two, the Best Garage Act award with the JME/GME mix-up and the Best Magazine award mentioned above.
