Orchid added this post to the "Great Posts" thread saying:
THIS POST IS EXCELLENT I BORROWED IT FROM SHEBA NEW FORUM MEMBER....PLEASE READ IT. SHEBA WAS ANSWERING ANOTHER FORUM MEMBER WHO WAS HAVING A GO AT AIS.
Posted 31-07-06 20:31 I am writing this nicely, no critism here thank you!
She came in to the BB house all dolled up as if she were a million dollars, then showed off her eviction dress, proudly stating, " No actually, IT IS my winning dress"
Did you ever not think that she was joking? Also, what exactly is wrong with her saying that? It's the whole reason why the majority of people want to participate in BB (oh, and for the 'experience' as well ;-). Glyn himself has mentioned countless times about how competitive he is, and we all know that he would love to win. At least Aisleyne was being honest when she said it.
Later, she starts crying over stupid things, nominates her mate Sam, who stuck by her when everyone rebelled, then followed Lea, Richard and the gang, to talk about nasty stuff about Imogen...
The only reason why she nominated Sam was because she said she felt uncomfortable with Sam telling her how 'amazing' she was all the time. What Aisleyne said about Imogen was the truth and from what I can remember all she ever said about Imogen was that she was 'fake'. And let's not forget that Imogen herself was whispering with Grace, Nikki and Lisa about Aisleyne and giggling about the way she acted and looked. So, Imogen isn't exactly the innocent victim in all of this.
When Sam was nominated, she pretended to cry, when she thought people were booing her, an immediate sign that she wants people to have sympathy for her.
No, she cried because she thought that Sam didn't deserve such a hostile reaction from rent-a-crowd. What exactly had Sam done wrong?
When Sam had Tampax, she was naddering and naddering on and on, as was Nikki, but Aisleyne was faking it. Nikki made it clear she was freaked out.
Sam played a joke on Aisleyne and told her that she was really a girl and that had been the whole twist. Aisleyne had believed her and told Nikki this. Nikki was shocked and as usual had her OTT reaction. When Sam laughed and said that she was joking, Nikki got angry. Aisleyne then tried to calm Nikki when Nikki got right into Sam's face and started asking dumb questions like 'do you have a willy or a-' at which point Aisleyne interrupted and told Nikki to 'stop it'. She told Nikki that she was being 'too full on and that it wasn't nice'. That's hardly what I would call being fake. Aisleyne was actually diffusing the situation.
Aisleyne, then when everyone from the Lea gang started leaving, she followed on to Imogen's side, telling her she always "liked" her. Pardon, me, but you don't b**ch like that to be a mate.
In all honesty, Aisleyne simply made more of an effort to befriend Imogen once nasty Grace (who turned the house into two camps - the 'freaks' and the 'normals') left. And what exactly is wrong with that? She wanted to see how Imogen really was, so she made the effort to get to know what she was really like rather than listening to other HM's opinions on Imogen.
She moved next door, Spiral came in. It was clear he fancied her, but why did she have to egg him on? Why couldn't she have told him on the very first day to stop? No, she just laughed then reported it to BB BEFORE trying to sort things out beforehand.
Firstly, Aisleyne messed around with Johnathon and Michael (who is gay so, it's not like she was 'egging him on'). Secondly, she didn't report Spiral to BB, the producers themselves felt it necessary to caution Spiral on his behaviour towards her. Also, she constantly made it clear that she wasn't interested in him (he should've taken the hint when she refused to snog him in 'Spin the Bottle') yet, he still persisted. He just didn't know when to stop.
Aisleyne is a vile girl, and like in the last task, her colours are showing. Since being named the most non-naive, she has been crying and preaching around the housemates like a vulture. She needs out. She is a wicked, vile, nasty girl.
Sorry but I just don't see it.
What crime has she committed to be deemed 'wicked', 'vile' and 'nasty'? She never bullied anyone or was nasty and two-faced like Grace or even Richard for that matter (his treatment of Shahbaz and Michael was nasty), she stuck up for Susie, she comforted Sam and Nikki (when Nikki was having one of her tantrums and even when she was fully aware of the fact that Nikki didn't like her), she has been a decent person to all the HMs, she's looked out for Jennie, she still liked Spiral even after he treated her like dirt and is a genuinely nice girl.
It's a shame that people cannot see past the fact that she is human and is entitled to show emotions once in a while.

NoBrains added this by barbican express (2 August) on why Ais is multidimensional
QUOTE]Originally posted by barbican express: she is diverse because of her difficult background, her surface doesn't matter, deep down she is a truely unique person with unique experiences.
She certainly isn't one dimensional or two dimensional like Pete.
She's brash, she's insecure, she's confident, she has low self esteem, she's funny, she introverted, she's extroverted, she can be extremely sensitive, comforting and lovely, she can be feisty and stand up for herself, she's intelligent, shrewd but can be mistrustful of others, but she can be naive and believe in the ultimate good in others.
She's got so much to her, more than anyone else in the house. She's complex.[/QUOTE]

Excellent post here by Albee (dated 3 August):
AISLEYNE - CHARACTER ANALYSIS
Aisleyne has been accused of being many things, a faker, cold, manipulative, hard, a hypocrite, and a b!tch to sensitive, caring, and honest amongst others. Maybe she is all of these……..
Aisleyne entered the house on Day 12 in a box opened by Glyn in the Meal or No Meal game. Within a short space of time, Imogen, Sezer and Grace seemed to decide as a group that Aisleyne was a threat to the upperhand they had achieved in the house as “the plastics”. Sezer stated that he was going to “give her a hard time, that promotions girl”. As their b!tching about their new housemates intensified Sezer said “We got rid of one mongrel and now we've got another one, s*** for s***!” Not having made any effort to get to know Aisleyne, there was very little that they could legitimately have a problem with so in true Grace style, she cattily targeted Aisleyne’s appearance "That blonde one, you can imagine what she'll look like without make-up,". Slightly, off-topic but what really struck me during the targeting of the new HMs was that the “plastics” did not seem to want to use the new Hms names. For Sezer Aisleyne was “that promotions girl”, “a mongrel” and a “s***”. For Grace she was “that blond one”. Referring to the new Hms by name would have made them seem human to Sezer, Grace etc and so being mean to them later on would be more difficult – it’s harder to treat people badly if you can put yourself in their shoes and see that they have feelings, that can be hurt just like you.
Day 13 in the pool, Sezer continued in his mission to give Aisleyne a hard time. Challenging her to explain her presence in their house he demanded to know: "So why do you think you're here?" Keeping her answer short and blunt, a good strategic move, she replied "I have no idea,". With such a curt response, most people would leave the subject alone. However, Sezer was on a mission, his only option was to be persistent in his challenge and insist that she must have an idea “everyone has an idea”. Aisleyne became equally as challenging asking “What’s your idea then?” and went one step further and directly questioned his veiled attack "Why do you keep contradicting everything that comes out my mouth?". Ashleyne’s blunt style in ‘keeping it real’ with HMs, for example pointing out that that BB is a game and not to take things that happen personally, made her a difficult person to argue with for the other HMs.
Aisleyene’s first appearance in the diary room was with Sam, her fellow newbie. She and Sam both commented on the cold and stand-offish reception they received from the “the plastics” but Aisleyne insisted that the house bullies would not be able to push her around "Sezer is picking on me a bit, but I won't be having that for much longer!". Hardening herself for the expected difficult time she was going to have from "the plastics" she said to Sam "We could be queen b!tches". I think this staement told us alot about how Aisleyne copes when things get tough, or she expects things to get tough, Aisleyne seems to deal with it by becoming a ‘hardened, cold, bi@tch’, On the one hand this is a fairly effective way of coping with others ‘picking on you’, as you are saying to yourself “it doesn’t matter what they say or do because it doesn’t affect me, because I’m a b!tch”, but seeing yourself as a b!tch means that you start to be just as much of a bully, if not more of a bully, than the people you are trying to protect yourself from, because, in a sense, you are trying to outdo them. Although it’s an effective way of coping, which is why I think Aisleyne continues to use it, it has consequences attached.
When she is a cold, hardened b!tch, she seem to mistrust those around her and tries to be one step ahead of those she feel threatened by. Early on during her time in the house, she told Richard on several occasions that she knew what ‘games’ various housemates were playing, but she was ahead of them. This seems to me to be about being afraid of being hurt, so she tries to predict why her fellow Hms might be doing something, and at times, uses this as a way of hurting them, for example when she accused Lea of trying to manipulate the HMs with her tears. Is Aisleyne attempting to figure out what HMs are up to manipulative, perhaps, but it there to protect her from feeling hurt.
Being a hardened, cold, bi@tch, results in the majority of people disliking and ultimately rejecting you. Aisleyne seems to be aware of the consequences of being seen as a b!tch and doesn’t want this for herself. Whilst doing up Grace’s hair on Day 19 she said “Look, I know I seem like a bi@tch sometimes but I'm not." Is she a bi@tch sometimes, well yes, but aren’t we all? Is she a bi@tch all of the time, well, no. She seems to have swung between being a sensitive “cry baby” and a “hardened b!tch” quite a few times, during her time in the house. On her eight day in the house, Day 20, she demanded to know if Sam had been calling her a back-stabber behind her back after Lea had told her this. Sam denied it. Aisleyne stated "You f****** better not, 'cos I f****** ain't!" and stomped off. The day after her conflict with Sam, a tearful Aisleyne stayed in bed, (perhaps ruminating on what the Hms thought of her?) until Richard cheered her up. When she believes that others are attacking her, she tries to show that she is a person not to be messed with. However, she doesn’t appear to like these conflicts, but perhaps feels they are necessary other wise people will walk all over you? Her discomfort can be seen as she quickly walks away the moment she feels she has made her point. A classic example of this was when the HMs were in prison and she had an argument with Spiral after he had made a crude comment about licking curry off of her, she was saying “get out of my face” to him but it was in fact her who was walking away from the situation. After conflicts with Hms, Aisleyne often tries to make things better, as she is uncomfortable with feeling like a b!tch. She typically apologises for hurting the other person’s feelings but not for saying how she felt. To me this is a much more honest way of apologising than we have seen from other HMs.
Aisleynes apparent “switching” of personality led to accusations that she is false, fake and a hypocrite. Obviously her crying is an act and she is trying to manipulate the other Hms and us right? I think they are both part of Aisleyne’s character and these parts of who she is seem to be in conflict quite often. When she first entered the house it was clear that she was not going to welcomed with open arms by “the plastics” and so the hardened part of who she is came to the fore to protect the sensitive part of who she is from getting hurt. I think that Aisleyne sees this part of who she is as weak and disikes this aspect of herself at times. During her huge bust up with Lea her insults were directed at Lea being easily brought to tears, a sensitive cry baby, attacking what she didn’t like about herself through Lea? Aisleyne seems to be aware of the contradictions in what she says and often does and sees this as a fault. She told Pete whilst “Nowhere” that she is good at giving out advice but not taking it on board herself. Lots of us could be accused of doing this
During the week Aisleyne was up for eviction, she seemed to be in self-destruct mode – ie “Everyone hates me, I have nothing to lose so I may as well be a b!tch”. She said in the DR that her role was to be “queen bi@tch”. Why choose to be a b!tch when you know that the public will crucify you for it? Well as I said earlier she uses being a b!tch to protect the sensitive side of herself from being hurt. But these aspects to who she is are in conflict and when her “eviction” came the sensitive, vulnerable side of her came to the fore and was exposed. She sobbed saying that she was frightened of the public response to her. She later realised that she in fact had not been evicted but voted into the house next door. For her this was the public telling her that she was liked. From her DR entry that night, you could have easily thought that she had won the programme. The sensitive side to Aisleyne desperately wants to be liked and not rejected and the hardened side tries to protect her from this happening. The public ‘saving’ her was huge to her, it meant that she was liked and hadn’t been rejected. From this moment on Aisleyne seemed to loosen her grip on the b!tch and showed her more sensitive, more prone to being tearful, like Lea. Since her time in the HND she has shown us the more sensitive side to herself and less of the b!tch. In part, I think she consciously is making an effort to be nice to all, so she won’t be evicted (who wouldn’t after all it’s a game?), but also she is much more comfortable in the house as the remaining Hms seem to have accepted her and so she is not feeling threatened and having to be a b!tch anymore, or as much
Aisleyne’s sensitive and caring side has been evident throughout her time in the house and isn’t a recent change in character, in my opinion. When Susie entered as the winner of the golden ticket, she was shunned by a number of HMs and Aisleyne fiercely stuck up for her on a number of occasions, particularly with Grace. She has consistently been one of the Hms that comforts other who seem upset, or seem vulnerable, perhaps because she identifies with them. However, when she is upset she seems to shun the other Hms from comforting her, wanting to take care of herself. For example when she was distressed and sobbing because she believed that she had been evicted by the public she pushed away the other Hms and tried to compose herself on her own. Perhaps the thumb sucking is related to comforting herself?
Aisleyne is a fantastically complex character and for me it has been great tv watching her grow and trying to integrate the many complex aspects to who she is. It would be a shame for her to leave before the finals (not trying to influence you here at all – ha ha).

battybetty found this on the BBUk website (don'y know who it was by):
"Tittle Tattle - One Twist Too Far?
Hi, and welcome to another addition of the weekly treat, Tittle Tattle.
Aisleyne Will Suffer?
So, we voted to evict them, but some monkey decided that that didn't matter, and they're sending one back in?!
Great news, only, they're eligible to win. Not so great. And, according to Big Brother's Rather Large Mouth, they're all planning on 'getting' Aisleyne, whatever 'getting' means. Lisa obviously made it loud and clear when she said she was planning on 'beating Aisleyne up'. Never before have I seen such vulgar behaviour, and in that split second, I realise just why they had been evicted. None of them were very nice people at all. And now one of them may win.
Well, Pete may have it in the bag, but it seems the adoration for Nikki (who will most likely top the vote), has increased tenfold, and if she makes it into the main house, could fight Pete for the crown. I have no objection to Nikki winning. Only if she hadn't been evicted in the first place. yet now, her winning will make a mockery of the eviction process, and in future series, people will be wondering if they should really vote to evict this housemate, when there's a chance of them returning.
And it is Aisleyne, the 'ghetto queen' as she has been dubbed, who could suffer if any of these housemates re-enter. It seems all of them except Sam and Michael are out to get her. Nikki said she'll knock off her perch, playing up to the apparent rivalry between them, although it's a rivalry that Aisleyne has not been informed of. She said so herself that she missed Nikki.
Lisa plans to assault her. This was met with cheers from the audience and Major *cough, cough* Charles Ingram. Grace plans to, oh I don't know, call her a moose? These pathetic desperadoes all say they haven't changed, and plan to set the house on fire (if Glyn hasn't done so already), but will they? They could potentially re-enter and become all loved up for the final week. Oh joy.
Aisleyne, as I said in my previous article, does not deserve such hate from the public. The hate is as bad, if not worse, than Makosi was getting, all because of one little girl who has decided to spread her hate throughout the tabloids, and the public will lap it up. Aisleyne should go next week, for her own sake. I don't think I could bare to watch her leave on the final night and have to suffer an outside interview with the yobbish crowd. Will this twist pay off? We'll see...."

quote: Originally posted by xxxkathxxx (dated 7 August, I think): 1. Aisleyne was nasty to Nikki by yawning and saying boring. That's all she did. She actually said and still says that she likes Nikki. It's all in Nikki's had. Aisleyne apologised far too much for my liking to Nikki. Once would have been enough, but Nikki being the drama queen and attention seeker she is wouldn't accept it. Good on Aisleyne for swallowing her pride and apologising for doing very little to her.
2. She only said to Lea what everyone else was thinking. Lea was very two-faced toward Glyn - Aisleyne was the only one who pointed it out. Everybody else let her get away with it! In the end those two were fine anyway! What's the problem?
3. She hasn't got more faces than 'Guess Who' - she's a natural girl who has mood swings, gets over emotional sometimes. I think if she'd stayed the same all the way through after everything she went through - the bitching from Grace and Lisa, the HND, the Spiral stuff - people would still slag her off, saying she's being fake by expressing no emotion!
Aisleyne sticks up for herself, her friends and tells the truth. She isn't two faced, she has said nothing but nice things about Nikki apart from the yawn and 'boring' which are obviously HORRIFYING ACTS OF BULLYING AND INTIMIDATION ( ) - so the hate towards her is completely unreasonable.
The argument that she wears next to nothing... at some point this series it was between 30 and 35 degrees in the BB garden, and she is condemned for wearing a thong. She has not got her breasts out once, she has not talked about threesomes (Nikki), or vulgar sexual things (Lea) since she's been there. Lea got her breasts out for several housemates - no complaints. Pete got his *ahem* out - again, no complaints. Nikki has worn VERY LITTLE since she came out of the house, and during her time there - no complaints.
This victimisation of Aisleyne is disgusting. Yes I agree sometimes she can be exasperating and annoying, but who can't? Pete with his constant drumming, Jennie and Mikey rowing, Glyn with his pervy ways, Susie with her tea, Richard with his comments, Imogen with her quiet nasty streak.
Grace deserved the boos she got for the blatant bullying and bitching. However Aisleyne simply yawned, and told a few home truths.
Get over your pathetic hatred of Aisleyne and focus on being positive about something or someone. It may stop you getting ill.

NoBrains added this one:
quote: Originally posted by battybetty: omg did this woman say spiral was over sensitive?
Firstly, Aisleyne used the word ‘oversensitive’ in that situation only because she was trying to stay relatively polite. (I’ve said all along she was far too soft with him, but she was still actually quite fond of the guy despite his behaviour). Secondly, the real word for the way Spiral had been acting on a regular basis is far less pleasant. But to give you a big hint, Pete uses it regularly on a mostly involuntary basis!
when in fact, ash at best is the most over sensitive hm in the bb house. which has been shown on many occasion!!!
I have not taken the time or trouble to actually count the number of occasions that each HM has had an overly sensitive reaction to something or someone in the house. However, I doubt that anyone, including you, would bother to perform such a pointless task. I sure that all of us could go over old footage and pick out numerous instances where they have ALL over reacted to things. It‘s the nature of the show. They all recognise it themselves. They are under a microscope, everything response and emotion is magnified. Some will always feel the effect of this overly scrutinized life more than others. I doubt any of those FM’s prepared to criticise the way peoples emotions can be put through the mill, would be able to cope anything like as well as the housemates do, and in particular Aisleyne. Who has, by luck of the draw, been subjected to the extra stresses of the HND. It’s all well and good to say they chose to enter the house or that they knew what they were letting themselves in for. The fact is, everyone who has been on the house, emerges to say the same thing. YOUHAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT FEELS LIKE UNTIL YOU’RE ACTUALLY IN THERE ! (ahem, sorry I shouted)
1,the time she walked over 2 spiral while he was naked in the shower and threw a glass of cold water over him, he then runs out hiding his bits and gave her a cuddle, ash then runs 2 pete and bb saying she is being harassed.
Right, this old chestnut!
So, effectively your saying that playfully throwing a glass of cold water over someone while they’re in the shower, constitutes an invite for that person to rub their naked genitalia on you?? Blimey, you’re a game bird aren’t you! Remind me never to play a game with the garden sprinkler when your about! It could incite an orgy!
Seriously though. How on earth can you say that playfully throwing a glass of cold water over someone in the shower (the old scenario of this joke is to pull the flush or run the water elsewhere, to make the shower run cold!), is an invitation to a man to rub his naked body against someone (unless of course they happen to be their wife/partner.) If Glyn, Mikey etc had played the same trick (and it is the sort of prank they enjoy), would Spiral have reacted by rubbing his nakedness against them!!!! NO! Of course not! Very poor excuse for his behaviour I say. Enough said then really! I for one, would have been unimpressed by his reaction. I thought that Ash was relatively calm in her reaction. And Spiral’s reaction in the diary room when BB asked him about the incident!! Don’t even get me started!! He immediately assumed that Ash had been in and called him all sorts. All his was worried about was that she was making him look bad to the public. All Ash had said, very briefly before leaving the diary room that morning, was that BB may want to have a little word with Spiral because he had rubbed himself against her naked. She didn’t call him anything or make a he fuss. If anything, it was Spiral’s reaction in the diary room that made me annoyed with him. Instead of just accepting it was totally inappropriate, he instantly had a go at Ash. Part of me doesn’t know why his childish response surprised me at this point though. He has show time and time again that he has absolutely no ability to react to anything in a cam and reasoned way. He is obviously a lad who feels things passionate but sadly he is still far to emotionally immature to deal with relationships with women in an adult way. Not surprisingly he hasn’t had a long terms girlfriend yet. He may well have a big heart to give, but that simply isn’t enough to make relationship work.
2,when mikey bite her , ash then covered her head and said I did not like that in her baby voice and then runs off, she is more capable of putting her point across better than that.
She was embarrassed but, to put this in context, to my recollection it did happen either the same day or the day after Spiral and Ash had their conversation about the ‘naked cuddle‘ incident. Ash was still absorbing Spiral’s comments about her appearance being responsible for him behaving like a total letch to her. Lol (We’ll even Pete agrees with me that that’s what Spiral was doing!) My point being, after her little ‘clearing the air’ chat with Spiral, she had taken on board his comments. Although she said clearly that she didn’t believe her way of dressing was an excuse for him to treat her with less respect than Imogen and the other girls (and rightly so), being the decent minded girl that she is, she went away to ponder his words. (shame Spiral didn’t give her words the same consideration). She then went off and over the next day or so she sought the opinions of several of the HM’s whose ideals she respected, about the way she dressed. Suzie being just one of them. They each confirmed to her that; the way she dressed was great, fine, didn’t offend them etc. Then came the Mikey ‘bottom biting’ incident! In fairness to Mikey, her was oblivious to the fact that his timing was really bad. Ash may not have objected so loudly if Spirals words had not still been ringing in her ears. Her oversensitivity at this point was down to Spiral putting doubt in her mind, not her. Also, when Mikey quite rightly apologised later, she said to him that it didn’t matter. She understood herself the reason for her reaction being a little stronger than it would normally be. Her normal confidence was knocked. She didn’t feel quite as comfortable in her own skin. Over the next few days Ash took to covering up way more than normal, wearing a lot of sweaters, jeans etc and only wearing her full bikinis, not the thong ones. This was outside her normal character and I think it’s a shame for anyone to have to feel they should change their natural way of dressing, simply because any man can’t control his own urges. If wearing thongs and thong bikinis is an excuse for groping women, then 80% of the women sunning themselves on holiday beaches across the world are also not safe from molestation for pity sake! Ridiculous!
3,curry thing, omg who was over sensitive here ?she then apolgies to spiral, after she has had her she then apolgies to spiral, after she has had her over sensitive 15 mins, just 2 minipulate pp,if she gave her apologies staight away, this young man would not have been so honestly upset.
What!! Did you actually watch the argument live or just the highlights I wonder?
Sprial had make an unprovoked (yes I did say unprovoked) insult to Ash, saying he would ‘throw up on her’ if he had to lick curry off her body. The insult was made because Sprial’s own huge ego had meant her perceived Ash’s brief face pull (followed by a little giggle) was aimed at him. This was his automatic assumption because HE was/is oversensitive about anything that relates to him/Ash from the moment he realised she had no romantic or sexual interest in him. His continued advances had been met with repeated rejections, yet the man still went into the diary room and said that even though he knew he stood no chance he would keep trying. Makes you wonder if he gets a kick from rejection! The fact remains that, to someone with an ego the size of Spiral, all this public rejection was mounting, to the degree that the slightest inkling of yet another one, real or imagined, would set him off on one of his childish rants! We all saw the way he reaction to a simple expression on Nikkis face! Didn’t matter that it was nothing to do with him then either! Ash was forced into the position of having to explain herself to him. Frankly I wouldn’t have wasted my breath. It’s clear he isn’t he isn’t mature enough to debate such things rationally! Ash very naturally became very upset at his comments. (He’d probably be wearing the darn curry by now if it had been me!) Most of his comments had little or nothing to do with the indecent itself. They were a glaringly obvious indication that he was nursing his wounded pride! As time passed it was clear to the more mature of the two, that they Spiral wasn’t big enough to clear the air. She wisely waited until the dust had settled and they were alone in the room, to be the one big enough to apologise. But let’s be clear, she wasn’t actually apologising because she had pulled the face. She said she was sorry that he was upset! Her reasons:. A. so that they could move on B. because she realised that he reacted that way as a result of his feelings for her C. they were stuck in a confined space and the tension would have become unbearable for everyone is she hadn’t done something herself! He grudgingly accepted, without returning the apology. In other words, Ash was the grown up and Spiral was the pouting spoiled brat! Yes, Sprial was the one being oversensitive, again!
4,the week ash thought she was up, she then turned on lea and nikki, over sensitive is a bit of an understatement this week.
Short statement far more complex to answer as you have to look at emotions!
The week Ash was up the pressure had been on. Nikki and Lea (supposedly Ash’s friend) had been whispering behind her back for days, calling her all sorts and conspiring to, ‘get her out’ (in their words!). All sparked off as a result of jealously of her friendship with their prized ‘possession’ Pete! Although both women wanted Pete for there own, and were actually rivals themselves, they had come to see Ash as their biggest rival for his attentions. Ash is nobodies fool. She had picked up on their changing attitude to her and the changed conversations as she entered the room. When the nominations were announced, it was merely the fact that she was nominated that was bothering her. It was the fact that she had realised instantly that it was the very people she had counted as closest to her at the time, were probably responsible….and she was right! Her disappointment in them turned to frustration and anger over the following days, as she was painfully aware that they were actually delighted at the prospect of her leaving. Ash’s personality means that she doesn’t like to be seen as vulnerable when she feels attacked (which is how she was feeling). So she went over to attack mode, thinking she had nothing to loose as she expected to go. She stated some home truths to Lea. Despite her fellow housemates silence at the time, they didn’t come to Leas defence. The obvious reason being they actually agreed with Ash’s words. It was the way she delivered the message that was a shock. Viewers however were heard to cheer across the land, as they had wanted it to be said for some time! As for the Nikki ‘yawning’, ‘know yourself’ incident. A clear cut case of frustration at knowing Nikki was basking in the knowledge that she had helped put Ash up for eviction. The tension had built in Ash, and on the day of the incident Nikki had been in full on ‘look at me’ mode. Her attention seeking behaviour that particular day, wanting to be the focus of the conversation by chatting up about how she had a ‘threesome’ (how endearing!), was the last push ion Ash’s buttons and she couldn’t contain herself, lashing out. She did regret it later that day, realising the real reason she had chosen to speak out that day, wasn’t because it had only just occurred to her that it was something about Nikki that annoyed her (and me too)it was because she was feeling the stress build towards eviction. She explained all this to Lea when she apologised and apologised to Nikki for her behaviour too, as everyone knows. Incidentally, I note that neither Nikki or Lea have EVER apologised for the appalling behaviour towards Ash. Their apparent huge egos simply don’t allow them to accept they could have possibly been in the wrong about anything they said or did to her…and there was plenty!
these are just a few cases what I have pointed out. there are many more, which I feel are being more of a minipulator, than an over sensitive down 2 earth girl, ash is a 27 year old woman fgs.
Just a thought, but instead of stating the fact that someone is ‘oversensitive’, might it not be a more interesting idea to wonder for a moment exactly WHY she may seemingly oversensitive at that moment in time?? Oddly enough, there is generally at least one reason for any of us to behave the way we do in a variety of situations.
REGARDING THE SPIRAL INCIDENT. Spiral - Sunday Mirror mentions another incident big brother gave him a warning. According to the Sunday Mirror he also pinned Aisleyne against the bed while he was naked, and was also warned about it, but all refence was removed form the show itself. Anyone see anything live or heard obscure verbals that now become relevant? SEX pest Spiral was given a secret warning by Big Brother after harassing Aisleyne for a second time in a week. He was called to the Diary Room after she lodged a complaint on Thursday.
Spiral, 23, jumped out of the shower naked and rubbed himself against Aisleyne, 27.
He later pinned her to a bed. The scenes were heavily edited or cut completely along with references to them in the show.
But Spiral turned on Aisleyne as soon as he emerged from the Diary Room - calling her a troublemaker. An insider said: "He seemed incapable of understanding he was in the wrong. The incidents are being viewed as sexual harassment."
Big Brother said: "Aisleyne and Spiral have discuss the matter. It is resolved."

No.1 how can u possibly justify hating Aisleyne with the reason that she thinks she is ghetto and speaks in a certain way! hello this is a form of prejudice
So what she says certain things and puts on an accent, there are no rules that stae that only black people can say 'innit tho', 'know yourself' etc. Just because she uses these phrases does not mean she is trying to be black! It means she has grown up in a culture and environment where people speak like that. And the factis Jayne also used some of the phrases that Aisleyne uses and she has not been slated for it.
No.2 How can anybody stand by or agree with what nikki is doing? I used to really like her but i have found her character has been marred by spending too much time with grace. has she forgotten all the things that grace said about her? has she not seen the footage. Aishleyne did get irritated by her and she was a little mean but it was nothing compared to what grace used to say about nikki behind her back so why doesnt she hate grace? How come grace is forgiven? Aisleyne has said on sooo many occasions how sorry she is for that and how she really likes Nikki and misses her! Where is Grace's apology to Nikki?
No 3. Why does Mikey hate Aisleyne all of sudden? He says its because she talks about people behind their backs er hello thats all your girlfirend did while she was in there AND at least aishleyne has the decemcy to either feel guilty after she has done it or have it out with the person. Grace was absolutely 2faced! face it mikey: Grace has got u firmly under her thumb...
No.4 Why does everybody love glyn? I used to really lik him and he certainly has comic value but for the most part he is a sly, b*tchy, whining little letch! He has hit on all the girls and probably the only reason he is soo keen to see Grace is because he hasnt lept on her yet...surely if Mikey's his best friend he would be more eager to see him. He constantly b*tches in Welsh(just because its in a different language it does still sount as b*tching)! He stirred up the first argument between Sezer and Richard and has continually stirred ever since. The only reason he didnt like susie was because she didnt play spin the bottle. Before she turned him down he said he found her sexy and attractive! He constantly cuddles and hugs the girls in a bid to win them over And finally, anybody who thinks that GRACE is the 'nicest girl ever' has serious issues. He refuses to see that she is a completely evil witch.
No.5 Why does NOBODY confront grace... why do they all like her. *In the main house richard was ranting on about what an evil person grace was yet when he went into the HND he hugged her and was smiling at her!!! *Grace called nikki a cheap slag and made loads of lewd comments about her with Sezer yet nowadays Nikki and Grace are bessie buds er...what? Clearly Grace is just latching on to Nikki because Nikki appears to be loved by the public. * Grace even made comments about Mikey sayin that she wanted to cool it off and that she wasnt really into him, she told george that she didnt even like Mikey in that way and towards the end of her stay she started to go off of mikey because she thought thier relationship was the reason the pubic hated her.... so Mikey when are u gna confront her? * Grace also made tons of comments about leah and she said she hated leah and richardso why the best friend act? and why dont you say something to her leah???!!!
No.6 Why are people (housemates and BBfans) constantly hating on aisleyne its like people have to have a hate figure, a person to constantly moan and bi@tch about in order to feel better about themselves and raise there low self-esteems. There housmeates turned on Shabbaz, they blamed him for all the problems in the house, then they turned on dawn then nikki then richard n leah then jst richard then susie and now Aisleyne...
Thats all for now! -rant over until i find other things to go on about.
Post back whether u agree or not

Aisleyne is called 2 faced yet Nikki is the one being nice to Ash now even though she has constantly slated her for the past few weeks
Aisleyne is called a bully yet Nikki is the one who helped bully Shabbaz, was horrible to Sam, and who condones Grace's actions to Aisleyne nad is trying to get Ash to wear a dress to ridicule her
Aisleyne is called an actress yet it is Nikki hwo was in Eastender and NIKKI who went to drama school and it was PROVEN that she puts on some of her tantrums
This is obviously a one sided arguement but why is Nikki allowed to do whatever she likes becasue. aaaaawwww it's Nikki. She has been so mean about Aisleyne and Ais doesn't desreve it. Whatever you say Nikki has been 100000 times worse about her than she has EVER been about Nikki.
I just don't get it.
btw I quite like Nikki but I LOVE Aisleyne.

Posted 13-08-06 14:40 FROM MARSHA ON BBGEN. Hi all,
I started this show as an avid pete supporter with Glynn following close behind in my estimation but in the last couple of weeks due to the biased coverage and manipulation of the show in both Glynn and most of all Pete's favour I now more than anything want Ashleyne to win.
The changing of the show i.e. bringing the ex housemates back was all aimed at bringing Nikki back into the main house and thus creating the Nikki and Pete love story. If Nikki and Pete got together a couple of weeks ago when Nikki was all over him every night of the week then fair enough...but this blatant creation of the Nikki and Pete love affair is just so nauseating and an obvious attempt to drumb up publicity for both Nikki and Pete whom its clear Endemeol believe to be the most marketable contestants after the show.
Glynn though not to the same extent as Pete has also received loads of favourable coverage on C4 especially on BBLB. I do like Glynn and want him to come second but I dont think he deserves to win.
Aisleyne on the other hand has shown us every side of her personality on this show. She has not been giving once ounce of the publicity engine that Pete and Glynn have received. She may be at times over dramatic but we ahve also seen her genuine vulnerable side, her missing her dad etc, her being down (as oppose to Nikki's pathetic attempts at vulnerability). People want to vote for Pete because of the hard time he had growing up, what about the hard time Aisleynes received growing up?? Aisleyne went up even more in my estimation when she confronted that b!tch Grace but yet left it without creating a scene last week. She has had to put up with a lot in the house, was isolated when she first came in, but as always stood her own ground when necessary. I admire Aisleyne for being true to herself in the house and showing us her true personality. She doesnt receive one tenth of much positive coverage and support as Pete, Nikki or Glynn. Please vote with me for Aisleyne the TRUE start of bb7, who has made it this far on her own.
