It is locked. I voted a lot  yesterday afternoon and last night without anything happening. This happened with one of the polls last week but it was unlocked after a while. |

Is it my imagination, or did the one last week also get locked on 45 and 51% ? It was certainly something like that (in Nikki's favour!), and I wasn't sure whether my votes were counting.

someone said on DS that there's no point in voting multiple times because they have a program which recognises multiple votes and dis-counts them. is this true?
