I think the 15 times a night quote was probably tongue in cheek (please dont impart any special meaning to the words "tongue" or "cheek" in this context!).

I think many FMs are suffering from the problem of not being regular readers of NOTW. This is just standard fare for them.

It wouldn't matter whether Ash told them about her "15" minutes of fame it would get converted into 15 times a night. The only thing that worries me about these stories is whether Ash actually gets paid for them. How does she make money out of them? Is it actually Big Pictures selling photos and inventing a story to go with them for the journalists? What cut does Ash get from this money? Who owns the picture rights? Does she get paid for the interview? Or is this just something she's required to do for nothing in order to keep her name in the papers?

Just been reading your posts re. NOTW.
Its pretty normal when buying glamour type shots that the paper want a few comments to go alongside& turn it into more of a feature. Different publications know what their readers want to hear and therefore tailor the comments towards that. Pretty innocent flyaway comments can result in 'The truth about my sex life' type exposes!!
Am sure Ash will let you all know her exact words will alert her to the general reaction
