Hi just back on in here anyways the full error code i get is
fm3032 has caused an error in fm3032.exe. fm3032 will now close and i run windows me and everything is normal other than that error

Do you have a multifunction printer that does FAX or does you have a dial up modem that does FAX. fm3032.exe is to do with sending and recieving of FAXes. If you do not use this you can stop it from trying to start by Click Start and then RUN Type msconfig and this should open another box for you. Go to the start up tab and see if you see an entry for fm3032. If so remove the tick and click ok. You will be prompted to restart your machine and hopefully your problem will go away. |

I use an all in one scanner photocopier can be used as a fax i think but never use it

Ok i have a faxcentre server in there should i untick that?

Yes, Try that. Restart your PC and hopefully everything will be ok. You can always go back and put the tick back if it causes any problems.

well i did that i clicked off the fax thing and something else that was totally bugging me lol the fm3032 still comes up after i restart though  |

You could always try reinsatalling the multifunction device. I would put the tick back in the box on the start up tab first.

Ill do it later  but thanks for the advice i never normally go into msconfig so i will be checking that more often |
