To get a picture of Ash, goolge her name (on the images one) when you have found a pic of her you like, copy the web address, then paste it onto the Avatar URL (I hope you are with me so far lol) and that should do it lol x sorry if this makes no sense. xx

Another one of my pet hates is companies and their sickness policies, one major food store is now planning on making a home visit on the 3rd day of your sickness to supposedly make sure you are ok, in reality its to check you are ill in bed, the return to work interviews and verbal warnings progressing to written warnings are ludicrous beyond belief. I know that there are people who take liberties however the stress of the back to work interview is so unfair on those who are genuinely sick. I recently worked at a company and became ill with a UTI and had to phone in twice a day! It really didn't help me feel any better at all It seems to me that the people who are ill get punished for having the absolute cheek to fall ill, how dare we???
