Has liking Ais killed your BB enthusiasm?

Nothing dampens my enthusiasm for BB (I'm very sad ).

I'm always glued to it and I always vote on it.

I was most annoyed with BB during BB6 because my favourites were chucked out half way through and everyone seemed to like the really nasty people like Derek and Makosi.

I love to debate BB but I never visit DS or the channel 4 forums because they're too negative and filled with nastiness and juvenile delinquents.

Fan forums like this one are the place to be ;D

The short answer is no.

The long answer is I can not stand the C4 forum now. Last year was the worst imo for trolls. I also can not tollerate the obsessed posters that just make life hell on the C4 forum. There are a couple still there and while they are I will not be back. Well maybe just to ruffle their feathers if needed.

During BB6 the C4 forum was good fun, yes there were times it was manic, but in general the FM's allowed each other the right to support who they wanted without resorting to the crap that went on in BB7 on the forum.

There have always been arguments etc, but I made some great friends there and had a right laugh over the years.

As for BB/CBB I will not watch it again, I am sticking to my word. I find the bullying to much to deal with. It is not entertainment in my view. I think BB has gone down hill from BB5 in particular, pity as it could be such a good show. The producers have runied BB with their twists, far too many and taking the voters for a ride is not on.

I hear that CBB is good this year??

But it's great to see you here and I do miss the fun that was to be had on the C4 forum, I never found DS a fun place

I can't believe that I only discovered this fantastic site today . I was on the BB forum and someone said that it was here and I'm so glad. I've been watching CBB, and been on the forum but, in answer to your question, YES, my enthusiasm has been killed, and I'm sick of all the negativity and nastiness on there. Aisleyne was a one off, one of a kind housemate, and person in general, and I don't think I will ever watch BB with the same enthusiasm again. I have kept my FAKER number and use it still, and I am delighted to find this site, to come and be with like minded people. It's a real breath of fresh air, and thank you. x

Still watching it as I am too nosy not to, but it will never be as good as BB7 unless they put Ash in every time.

She is the perfect housemate and the only one that interests me and that I care about.

I can't believe that I still care about her almost 6 months on and always will and don't believe that they will ever put in another HM that will make me feel like that.

The buzz has definitely gone from BB for me

I totally agree with you Angie. If its on the TV I look but I dont care if I miss anything or what is going on in terms of daily events. I find I am not riveted at all...anyway Im not really watching any of it..
and with my hand truly on my heart I have to say, I dont particularly care who wins either.....at least I have no passion towards it...

It does seem that Aisleyne to may "cannot be bettered" thus making the series redundant.

And I very much agree with Dogtired - the other forums do get more nasty every year.

Won't watch CBB or BB again as I cannot trust BB to represent a non-biased view of the day.

BB is partly a personality competition and if the people running it are no longer interested in it for the psychology and only to use psychology to make money from the public through biased reporting, I don't want to be a part of that unfairness or duplicity. Would not mind being a BB contestant though. If only to tell everyone to not vote.
