TWO PAGES OF NIKKI IN MORE.

Well I just read that Nikki has two pages in More Magazine.. sorry if it is somewhere else on this forum...

But what Im cross about is that Nikki has been trying to CONVINCE people that ALL OF A SUDDEN her and Ais are friends...well maybe she is trying to make friends with Ais to up her own flailing popularity...

...now Nikki has two pages in More probably thinking that we will all start to think she is SUCH a nice girl.....

See thats what i think, when nikki thought perfect pete was the most popular she was up his arse now all of a sudden she wants to be best buddys with ais and why is that well to me its just cause she wants her stupid little mug back in the rags
And wants to ride on aisleynes back as she is more poplular has mover press coverage and the rest

I couldnt care less if she was friends with the Queen of sheba lol...i still WONT buy anything with Nikki in - I love ais to bits, but i refuse to buy anything with Nikki in. More wont learn by thier crappy polls which are constantly hacked...so my protest is by all avoidance of the little %&*$ (<<<<----- insert word of choice here), and itll remain that way untill Nikki is off my magazines and all TV for good.

Its a shame cos i dont get to read Ais's page, but all i ever need to know about her is usually posted on this forum or the official one hehe

It seems to me you're giving Nikki far too much power to dictate your reading habits. Read what you want to read. Don't let Nikki stop you!

I agree about not buying any mags with Nikki in because it appears to make her fans think that if the mag sells, she is popular.

I am also sick to the back teeth of her appearing in all these shows she has been on over the past week or so. My poor remote control seems to bear the brunt of my frustration every time. I do not want her on my tv or anywhere in my life for that matter. I still can't get why she is still being hailed as the star of the show when she came ELEVENTH fgs.

Like it or not Nikki has a lot of fans and she has the kind of out-there personality that would interest people even if they hadn't seen her before. She was a major personality this year. According to a recent program, she and Pete's relationship generated the 12th largest amount of column inches in the news than any other celebrities in 2006.

She wouldn't feature so much if she didn't sell.

People can boycott magazines all they like but I can't see it making the slightest practical difference, I'm afraid

Hi Julian, it looks like you quoted me but it was actually Angie you quoted. I don't buy magazines myself. Never have done, not even for Ais. so boycotting doesn't really enter into it for me, though I at least have total control over that choice. (and of course Im lucky I can count on the lovely members here to post the Ais columns here )

Im more irritated by Nikkis TV appearances. Maybe I just have just have really bad timing (or extremely bad luck) but it feels like, over the holidays, every time I flick over the channels her face appears. Even vetting for programmes she may be on isn't seem to be enough for me to escape catching flashes of her face and grating voice.

Then again, why am I so surprised? since all of the shows she's been on seem not only to require her opinion on someone/something, but actively encourage the more spiteful sort of comments that she's proved herself so adept at. Come to think of it, it's no wonder they didn't have Ais on any of them!

That's a good point actually. Aisleyne has a tendency to be nice about people which doesn't always make for interesting sound bites

I wouldn't have it any other way, though

Nikki doesn't really bother me anymore. I actually pitied her during her 'Princess Nikki' show - she was that desperate to get back onto TV (and Endemol were that desperate to give her her own show) even though she was simply there to be wound up and laughed at.

Personally, I don't think it will really do Ash any harm to have Nikki as a friend - she can handle Nikki. And now that they're away from the pressure of the BB house - who knows? Ash might have a positive effect on Nikki. After all, Ash did say to Nikki during BB that if they had been on the 'outside' someone like Nikki would be her 'best friend'.
