Yeah, I'm positive about it as well. I've always liked Michelle and she's certainly got her head screwed on and has matured a lot in the last two years. I hope she is not giving advice about the career path that Ash should follow, but she had similar experiences with people being either very positive about her or very negative, and she could certainly give Ash guidance and reassurance on how to cope with the pressure. Guidance that I think Ash may need. I couldn't put it better myself - Michelle definitely has her head screwed on, always did have, even though her behaviour in the house at times seemed to be totally nuts, at least she knew exactly what it was she wanted, and boy did she persevere... and she has matured a lot since BB - when you think of it, she's still very young, but she's got a lot of relevant stuff to advise Aisleyene.

I like Michelle but I wouldn't like to see Ais go down the Television X road. I've met one of those girls who 'work' for them and she was so emotionally damaged. I am not saying it is true for all of them or the presenters like Michelle. But is Ais strong enough to be exposed to that sort of world? I don't think so personally.

I like Michelle but I wouldn't like to see Ais go down the Television X road. Me too, she would be playing right into the haters hands if she did. Not that I see any reason why she should care what the haters think. I hope this doesnt ruin her already fragile reputation.

Well she might do amongst the haters but in the press, she is generally well thought of. And internet haters, well who listens to them apart from other haters? Nikki has a far worse reputation in my opinion.

I hope yer right m8. I think all the Ais fans seem to be in hiding, because everyone I knew hated her (except my fella of course, he liked who i like lol). I also read many times about how Ais fans were worried because everyone they met/know seemed to not like her. I cant speak for all Ais fans of course, im only going by memory of the BB forum, which I wont look at any more cos its awful what ppl say on there

They respect my opinion but then I am a stroppy git and they don't want me to go on at them! The internet is full of haterz but that is not real life luckily. I am sorry to hear about the BB forum. I'm a refugee from DS. I used to get attacked for being an Ash fan. It was pretty awful for ages. That forum is now experiencing overload problems as far as I can tell. I like to think it's karma!

I am thankful of little sanctuaries like this forum and my warcraft forum. They are a breath of freshair on an internet full of bile. Glad to hear karma is getting its revenge

I get the impression that Aisleyne has been doing glamour shots for years. Just check out some of the pictures on unofficialaisleyne: www.unofficialaisleyne.co.uk/gallery/The TV/X work that Michelle has done doesn't amount to any more than posing for exactly the same kind of pictures and saying a few words into camera about how people should sign up for the service. Plus attend a few celebrity parties. There's really nothing that needs any kind of emotional strength Of course Michelle only just re-signed to be the face of TV/X so there's no need to worry about Aisleyne doing the same for another year! Regards Julian

You don't need to rip the pee really do you? I thought this was meant to be a nice supportive forum.

I thought this was meant to be a nice supportive forum. Sorry, frisky, I really didn't mean to offend you. I assumed from your post that you hadn't realized just how innocuous being the face of TV/X actually is and was really just trying to reassure you that there would be no need to worry about it if Aisleyne were to go that route. Plus, maybe I get a bit sensitive about implied criticism of Michelle's choices Please accept my apologies Regards Julian
