Jonathon not alowed to return to house

I received a message to my query about why Jonathan was not allowed to be a contestant alowed back into the BB house.

That does not explain it. If the you can change the rule on wether a person evicted let back into the house is alowed to win the prize then you could also have changed who is allowed back in to the house to be someone who has been on camera within one of the Big Brother houses is open allowed to be voted back in to the house.

You treated Jonathan exactly like any other evicted housemate. He was on BBLB. He had an interview with Divina. He was on BBBM. The only difference between him and the others was that he was not subject to the public vote. Seems to me that you showed predjudice against Jonathan for no reason. Why is was it that a person not subject to the public vote could not be voted back in to the house.

A randomly chosen member of the public was allowed into the house. You could have had the Golden ticket holders have a second chance to go into the house if you wished.

Nikki had been offered a job. Yet employees are not allowed in the BB house. So you broke that rule too.

You broke the rule that the contestants should not be allowed contact with the outside.

I saw Nikki passed a secret message to Pete, yet you did nothing about this. Pete should have been ejected as you did Dawn if you folowed your own rules to the letter.

So your argument that Jonathan was not allowed to be one of the contestants because he was not subject to the public vote does not seem very logical.

they didnt put jonathan up, because the pulic wouldhave voted him second to nikki, and the hms would undoubtedly have chosen him, to give him a chance

If they had told the existing HMs that the person they were going to vote back in stood a chance of winning, I don't think they would have voted Jonathan back in. Not even sure whether they would have done the way it was done. But agree that producers excluded him because they couldn't take the risk one way or the other.

This really winds me up people payed alot of money to evict these ex housemates and most were very angry about the fact that they were then allowed back into the house and they actually had the audacity to expect us to vote these people back in . However the only one who didnt face the public vote was jonathan i realise it was all a fix to get nikki back in but id have been happy to see jonathan given the chance as im sure most would. They make the rules up as they go along and they have treated the voting public with contempt . I really still am very angry about this im angry for jonathan and i certainly didnt find it entertaing when jonathan was shown the door whilst aisleyne beat herself up about it. I would never vote again and i really doubt i would watch it again .

I would definitely have wanted Jonathan to go back if he was part of the vote but, as I recall, Jonathan was pretty bitter about what happened to him and there was talk of him trying to sue Endemol. If that's true it's not surprising they were not predisposed to doing him any favours!

I too would have been keen to see Jonathon go back in rather than the others, but it seemed at the end that his bitterness was not exclusively held against Endemol. He struck me as being a bit bitter against Ais as well.

Given the fact the incident had passed, he had time out of the house to reflect that Ais was not to blame - BB forced her into it - and she had to chose someone, I saw it as bad sportmanship for him to appear to behave that way. I appreciate Jonathons disappointment, but I'd have expected him to be big enough to appreciate that it was part of the game and Ais shouldn't be blamed for it. Espcially since Ais made it more than obvious how much she liked Jonathon and how much she hated making that decision - seeing Jonathon still appearing to hold sour grapes against her for it even at the end, made my previous estimation of him go right downhill.

I'm not 100% sure I read him the right way right enough - I may very well have read his body language wrongly and if I have, well I'd take all I said back. But it did strike me at the time that he still held grudges against Ais and blamed her for a decision that she was forced into. Thats pretty lame if it was the case. I'd be interested to hear any future comments he makes about Ais to clarify this.

But the whole idea of BB justifying decisions by using the excuse of wanting to go along with BB rules and not wanting to contradict them just doesn't hold water any more, given how much they had broke them already - nobrains gave plenty of examples.

aside from the Jonathan going back into the house issue- i'm a little saddened that Aisleyne and Jonathan don't appeared to have become friends since BB finished- he hasn't had a single mention, that i know of, from Aisleyne =(

When he left he initially said he wanted Aisleyne to win but the bitterness soon showed when he changed his mind to Jennie when asked to sign a lightbox in support of a HM to win =((

Still, i would have liked him to have been given a chance to go into the house ...it does seem quite obvious, again- to me, that ch4 didn't want the competition against Nikki being chosen to go back
