Apparentley Pete has not heard from Aisleyne since BB but he likes her.

It's quite a surprise that they haven't talked at all. I bet Pete wouldn't ring Ash though. It'd cause both of them a lot of trouble if word got out.

If they do get in touch I hope they do it in private. I don't want Aisleyne getting dragged into all the bad publicity Pete is getting. Aisleyne seems the kind of person who would probably give Pete good advise if history is anything to go by but she should think of herself first at this time.

The Nikki fans seem to have stepped up the anti Aisleyne campaign again on the forums just lately to try and deflect attention from there own favourites recent troubles. They would jump on this like a flash jumping to all sorts of conclusions that suit there own agenda's if Aisleyne and Pete got in touch in public at this time.

There is plenty of time to carry on there friendship after the dust settles if that's what they want.

Actually, it doesn't surprise me at all that they haven't had any contact. There wouldn't have been any opportunity to while Pete was with Nikki.

I hope that changes now, if both want to keep in touch, but I agree, it should be in private.

All the way through BB I said they had an easy, comfortable friendship, and I still believe that.
If at the begining Ash thought there might be something more, she quickly got over that, and I can't say I detected any sexual chemistry in their chats together.

I hope they can remain friends.

I think the reason why Pete may not have been in contact with Aisleyne was during his so called romance with Nikki she wouldn't let him even talk to Aisleyne.
