Just for fun I wondered if anybody else had a favorite Acronym? Mine is M.E.G.O Meaning My Eyes Glaze Over. I love this because the Me Go concept is so similar to the meaning of "My Eyes Glaze Over". I wondered if I have missed any other gems in the Acronym world. T.T.F.N  |

Being a true romantic mine has to be S.W.A.L.K.  It's taken me at least half an hour to work out what S.W.A.L.K. means! Would a true romantic have all those pauses represented by the full stops. Is that like one of those screen kisses where they look like they're going to go for it but then pause before . . . :-*ing If so, I think you're really milking it. We'd have all fallen asleep before you get to the K! |

It was put in capitals with full stops on the back of letters once they were sealed. Everyone did it and we did it when we were teenagers particularly. That was only in the seventies  but it depends if you got love letters or not.  |
