Having now listened to it in full, I agree with you DT.
The 2nd half just didn't "feel right" at all. I hope it's tiredness rather than anything else, but it definitely lost its way as it went on.

I don't think there was any doubt that they were both drinking vodka throughout the show. They were making enough veiled references to it! It was pretty clear that Aisleyne was drunk by about half way through. I just hope this doesn't damage her future prospects because any potential producers listening will be thinking twice about her professionalism and reliability now. Not to mention all the pre-watershed swearing, which not only wasn't accidental this time but was also featured in one of the songs! If Invincible has any kind of governing body like Ofcom it could be facing some pretty heavy fines off the back of Thursday! Regards Julian

I hear what you're saying, but I doubt if the internet has any equivalent of the watershed. That show could be listened to all over the world.
She should think of her youngest fans though.

Well I am just trying to catch up with what is going on basically. The radio show seems to have disquieted quite a few fans, both on here and over on OA by the look of it. I am not really able to comment having not heard it all yet..I will listen to Prems download if I get the chance tomorrow. Because we all love Aisleyne it is very hard when she does things that make us wince. The truth is though, professional people cannot afford to be drunk, incoherrent or incapacitated when they are working. Ais has to remember that she is hosting this show and it is HER responsibility to make sure it all goes well. If she is drinking or putting herself in a situation where she is not paying attention to the final result, then she is going to fall heavily to the critical piranhas that have been waiting in the wings. unfortunately they could easily be rubbing their hands together when Ais slips up like this. She needs to get it together and think more professionally. I dont feel she is doing this right now and it is very shortsighted not to realise that not everyone is wishing her well.... I do hope she can 'fix' things next week...

It's such a shame that the show went the way it did. The first hour was really good, the best she has done but unfortunately it will be remembered for the second hour. Aisleyne also seems to have been drinking a lot just lately though not just at Invincible, I do hope she is alright.

Still haven't heard the show yet. Needless to say, I hope she does her best and doesn't drink in future. I was gutted when I had to work last week and missed the show. I was gutted when the show got cancelled the other week. I so look forward to the Aisleyne Show because I get to hear her talk about housemates and Davina - stuff I've waited ages to hear. I can hear her mentioning the fans' names and talking to the likes of Dogtired and Bradley on the phone. The buzz I get from the show is amazing. There will come a time when there will be nothing left to say about Big Brother 7. The Aisleyne Show will probably evolve into a polished music and chat show with no connection with Big Brother. It will probably appeal more to a wider audience. I'm going to enjoy the show in its current format while it lasts.
