...so how do we think Aisleyne is doing in her post-BB career? I think she's followed a strategy of exclusives and the lads mag shoot to make herself financially secure in the short term - which you can't criticise her for - but time is short and BB will soon be forgotten, along with most (if not all) of its participants. So what next for the best housemate of BB7? Should she stop talking about the show (Grace/Nikki & Pete etc) and start selling herself more? Will the radio presenter/DJ route open up for her? Will she ever launch an official web site and meet her fans online? What about doing stuff like podcasts and weblogs to keep her internet fans happy, as she strives to build a media career? How is she doing in comparison to other housemates, and is this really important anyway? Could she tell her life story in print, and will this be dependent on her staying in the public eye? Is she with the right agent? So many questions, and I don't know the answers, so I thought some of you guys might try and answer.

MY TAKE ON HOW ASH IS DOING
Well she has done
A Glamour Shoot for Nuts
2 front covers, exclusive story and pictures
An exclusive for Sunday Mirror
Choice FM 3 hours
T4 Presenting - She was given the most to do
The premiere - She was interviewed
The Friday Night Project
PA Newbury (poor turn out apparently)
She may have done other PA's we don't know about......
Yes she should stop talking about Grace and Nikki, but it is not always her fault people seem to want to hear what she has to say about them but she should say it's over and move on...
I think you are right Nuts and other other mag deals were to keep her for the short term (Peronsally I am not keen on the glamour stuff anyone in that business can do better given half the chance IMO)
Ash needs to secure herself a place on TV or Radio. (Will only happen by chance, I am sure Emma is working on her behalf, these things are not easy)
She has the skills it is just that someone needs to pull the right strings for her. Generally she needs to maintain a good attitude which she has which is good. And someone needs to put their money where their mouth is and give her a chance.
Personally I think she will break into radio...
She may get called for future reality programmes
I'd love to see her on T4 MTV E4 again presenting.... will someone give her the opportunity.
Going on BB does not guarantee you money and fame.
Over all I think she is doing okay average....50/50
Remember this is a person who Endemol stitched up big time the big people will have to be convinced that she is worth the risk.
Pete is doing well because he won and he has a brilliant agent Nikki is only doing well because Endemol decided she was the star despite revelations about her past and bad attitude and the fact that she came only 5th (luck) and she has a brilliant agent (However Chantelle had 2 shows will she have follow up shows) Imogen is doing okay as she has a Welsh Audience (Welsh soap, welsh presenting) Not sure what Glyn is doing but he has the Welsh connection
To be honest I don't hear of the others, maybe the odd photo-shoot or quote in mag or news of a PA. I'd say over all none of them are doing too well apart from the top five. But Nikki and Pete are doing well at the mo by far....

I thought I read that Grace was getting a TV show - but she does have the media connections.

I thought I read that Grace was getting a TV show - but she does have the media connections. No not her own show but there is a rumour she was supposed to be on a celebrity reality show about the circus and it is supposed to run for about 10 weeks.... It is supposed to be in Sky 1.

I agree with your first two points. I hope that something opens up for her on either Radio or TV. No idea about the website her agent is aware that we have this forum and the website. I think podcasts are a good idea, a bit like a show reel and anyone serious about Radio should be doing that kind of thing. I think she is doing worse than Nikki and Pete, but then most of them are. I think tbh it's about average whats she has done so far, and I dont see it as that important to compare with other HM's at this stage. I think she could write something, why not, but maybe the market is just not there. Her agent, I dont know if she has chosen the right one or not. I dont know the answers either
