Is anyone here into collecting crystals or gemstones?
Does anyone believe in the healing properties of them?
I like the natural beauty of them, I'm not sure I believe in healing properties, I guess because I've never tried them.

Strange you should mention this my daughter princess zelda wanted a crystal for her birthday this is going back a bit but i bought her a crystal wand we are very into this kind of stuff , well she took this crystal out with her and the next thing i know a lady who lives down the road knocked my door and explained my daughter had given her a psychic reading whilst holding this crystal  And she had said things she couldnt of know this womans husband was in prison not that i was aware of it at the time ect but my daughter told her dont worry he will be home soon and sure enough he was this then lead to strangers stopping outside my house and asking for her to give them readings which was a pain she dosent do it anymore. but i have to say at first i was skeptical but after seeing her in action i was impressed we wil;l never know if it was the crystal of her but it certainly had its uses for her  *specially when she started charging me !!!* |

I like the wands, they are very pretty, I look on Ebay at all the different crystal things and I want to buy too much  I'm currently looking for an Amethyst geode for my bedroom as it's supposed to help you sleep and keep the nightmares away. |

Hi SH I actually have a large amethyst crystal which one of my family bought me quite some time ago... I put it under my pillow sometimes.. it is meant to aid better sleep and heal the mind etc.. www.newagedirectory.com/cry/amethyst.htm heres one site from Google but there are hundreds of sites to tap into and read about crystals..etc.. |

I know some stuff about crystal properties, I've got a book called the Crystal Bible which is very informative but I don't know if I actually believe in their properties, I guess giving them a go won't do me any harm and I might actually be surprised. |

I have glass crystals all over the house, different shapes bring different things, hearts are best in the bedroom for example, the best thing is when the sun catches them and gives off prisms of light or what I call rainbow fairies dancing, I can't swear that they work, but shortly after putting the heart one in my bedroom my present partner moved in with me and we've been happy together ever since  Late this afternoon There were absolutely beautiful ones all over the bedroom it always cheers me up, I sound a right little Pollyanna |

well i love all this stuff..i am a proper sucker..i believe in crystals because i believe in the true energy of the earth..crystals are stones and formed naturally, so yeh, i suppose i like to believe in a little bit of universal magic.....
though it is,nt crystals i also love chimes too for their little melodic sounds and have a couple of sets around the house....
