The character played by John Barrowman in 'Torchwood'.

Yes, I know he is gay in real life and even did an ice-skating reality show. I have even seen him at the theatre in the National Theatre production of 'Anything Goes' a couple of years ago but my god, in 'Torchwood', he is suddenly sexy as anything!

Some sort of transformation has taken place and frankly has given me some sort of Sid James moment 'Phoarr!' etc...

I had never seen him in anything before torchwood, so finding out he was gay came as a surprise to me .

Im actually really loving the show too, I think its better than Dr Who. Apart from the cybergirl episode I think Torchwood has shown it can be just as good if not better than the American shows such as X-files and buffy etc.
