I am a greenie at heart so i do enjoy reading the books/articles by environmentalist George Monbiot. I also like Albert Camus' 'The Outsider'. Infact i am thinking of starting another book. Any suggestions? Something philosophical but not too much headwork

Love reading. I think my faourite author and set of books are Terry Pratchett and the Disk World books. Have read them all and have one on order, which I hope will be arriving soon.
Just read M Keyes new book, Is there anybody out there and actually it was very good.

If you like fact based historical novels and are up for a bit of a girly read, may I heartily recommend my favourite book of all time, Katherine by Anya Seton. She was the mistress, and later wife, of John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster. It's a really passionate story and often very sad, and I've re read it about 20 times. My copy is one of my most treasured possessions. Another favourite of mine is a thriller by Peter James called Twilight. Very scary and it could happen
