If you suffer from depression or negative thinking, I would like to recommend a website called Mood Gym put together by an Australian university. I am finding it helpful. It's a sort of cognitive behavioural therapy. Worth checking out if you just want to think more positively. moodgym.anu.edu.au/default.asp
