I would think of another word for report. TELL maybe. I was just reading the bullying online site. They have a description of the different policies and how effective they are. One is The Telling School, this approach is recommended by them. Advocates everyone telling so maybe you could empasis that?

Yes, the word report is a little too over the head for little ones...I have replaced that idea with yours DT, you are quite right in your observation. Have changed it to tell...perhaps you might feel this all looks a little better.?? There is as you can see quite an emphasis on the word tell...and it is repeated as a last message yet again at the end...??
