Lisa was another Nasty bit of work. Basically she wanted Pete at any cost. With her however she only wanted him after she saw his dingadong in the swimming pool. In fairness to Jennie Lisa was shallow, because that was not Jennies first interest. However, it occurred to me that Jennie saw possibilities there with pete that she was willing to risk everything for and if she was prepared to chuck her principles in the air like that, in my view, she has not the kind of character I would find steady and reliable. Interestingly also as a footnote, if Ais had really fallen head over for pete I wonder how Jennie would have treated her then...huh!!

I am so glad Ais saw through Pete. Her life would have been even more miserable if she had fallen for him.

Aha I was wondering where I'd seen bengos name before, apart from DSBB: jenniescorner.com! I reacted a little like you, odm and frisky, when I saw that haynat1 had joined: a pete supporter I'd seen on DSBB and a member of perfectpete.com where they don't seem to permit much forum participation unless you are 'known'.
But hey, the mods set up 'other housemates news' section because they're happy with other ex-housemates, apart from Aisleyne, being posted about. So we ought to be kind(ish).

Hi guys, well I am prepared to apologise for being outspoken as I know my views are extremely direct. We have been given a forum to write our thoughts and feelings down and make friends with each other and we have lovely staff too. I adore Rem, Dogtired, Silent Hill Batty betty etc, I really do as they all work so very hard for us to put things together and such . I would not deliberately be rude or anything like that. However, when we had a thread here about other Housemates I thought it was for Aisleyne fans to say what they thought about the effect other housemates had on Ais...or what their thoughts were about them generally.

Nearly every single housemate did or said something negative to Aisleyne. Even Imogen was a snake when she realised she might go in the House next door.

I dont believe we should pussyfoot around the truth. We are not negative about other housemates in our discussions but if we dont like them we should definately be able to say so and the REASONS WHY. All my dislikes are mostly Ais related with exception of Glyn who is just a silly boy along with the fact that he was not so pro-ais along the way.

I hope staff will forgive me for my attitude but I would like this thread to be for AIS people who TALK about other housemates not other supporters making it their own and then just putting out the odd comment here and there about Aisleyne.

I have spent an entire summer sticking up for our girl and I had a rough time on that forum. This is a place where I am happy to be, with friends, and with others of like mind. Somewhere I can say all that I feel and not be afraid to do so.

Please Staff, hope you see my point of view here. I am sure others agree with me.

Anyone running websites for others do not have Ais as their first interest. That is a fundemental truth.

Hmmmm - I go out for a few hours and look what I return to.

A few FACTS for you.

1. I am Faker 689. Not the lowest, but not a latecomer either. I got this faker number weeks before the end of the BB series. DT and others will recall my constant support of and battling for Ais on the GBBF, especially after the BBBM incident. My support posts for Ais far outweighed my posts for Jennie.

2. DT and others may recall I posted on the Ais forum at C4 *ASKING* if it was OK to have a faker number even though I was first and foremost a Jennie fan, and asked for Ais fans opinions as I did not want to appear as any sort of inter-loper. UNANIMOUSLY every faker / Ais fan that replied said that I should join, regardless of order of preference between Jen and Ais. What was important was that I was willing to support Aisleyne - didn't matter if this was first or second preference.

3. I set up www.jenniecorner.co.uk some time after the series end. Had there not already been several Ais sites online I would have set one up for her too. Pointless to have tried, as this one was in full swing. I emailed DT privately to ask if our 2 sites could "inter link", and if I could join this forum and post Jennie news as and when I got it, as well as continuing my support for Ais.

4. One of the 4 main forum mods of this forum is a forum member of my Jennie forum. Are you suggesting I should ban him because he's first and foremost an Ais fan? I do hope not.

5. To date not I nor anyone else has stated that you are not allowed to criticise Jennie or any other HM, so I don't understand your plea to do so. By the same token, there are no rules suggesting that I should not be allowed to praise a HM if it is my want. If I was attacking Ais to support Jen you would have a valid point. However, I have never had any intention of doing so as I like both of them.

6. As silenthill has confirmed, this "sub forum" is specifically for Other Housemates NEWS (and discussion of, including criticism of said HMs). As a mod, I respect her decision either way, which she has since clearly stated for you.

7. The reason many Ais fans are Ais fans is because they are decent tolerent people, who see the good in someone throughout good and bad times. It is what, to me, defines a Faker. Intolerence forms no part of fakership as far as i'm concerned. What is important is support for Aisleyne, which I give in spades. I do not, and never have, criticised her particularly on any BB forum. That is what should be important here. Such exclusivity as to say "sorry, if you like anyone in addition to liking Ais you're not supporting her" is, to me, totally opposed to what being a faker should mean. I want to "keep her real", not have her as "my property - no one else is allowed in", which appears to be your raison d'etre here.

8. With regards to Lisa, they attended the same charity function in Manchester and held hands for a photocall afterwards. I have it on incredibly reliable authority that Jen and Lisa communicate by text on rare occasions, as she does with Pete. That is as far as their friendship goes. She remains close to Lea, Glyn, and Richard.

9. With regards to the wider issue of Jen and Ais's time together in the house, I wholeheartedly agree that Jennie let both herself and Ais down during a 36 hour period during the final week. A 36-hour period in which the youngest ever BB HM makes a mistake under incredible pressure does not define someone's personailty in total (in the same way, as we know, Ais is not defined by her low moments). Jen later apologised to Ais for making the comments you recall her making. Both Jen and Ais made mistakes in the house. Neither are saints, just 2 real people whom I happen to like and respect (mainly for "being real, warts and all"). Whilst Aisleyne had time to redeem (for want of a better word) Jennie didn't, as it was the final week. Isolated incidents do not a personality make (or else we'd be saying that Grace is wonderful because of her handling of Nikki during the first week). I do not expect or require you to like Jennie, or me for that matter. However, intolerence of any FM who happens to see the good in more than one person at a time is not an attitude I would expect either a faker or Ais herself to have.

10. According to my weblogs, an average of 37 people click on the link to ashaleeen from my website each week. I assume they are doing so because they did not know about the site previously. The site also includes several photos of Ais, which Ais fans have thanked me for as most are caps not available to currently view anywhere else.

11. At no point did Jennie thrust her knickerless torso in anyone's direction. If she did, the screencaps would be all over the internet.

12. I respect you both for being honest and giving opinions. That is what fora are for. However, there are many inconsistencies in your arguments. Firstly, Jennie is not at all memorable yet here you are posting reams about her. Doesn't add up. Secondly, you like reading other HMs news because it gives you a chance to air an opinion, yet you don't want this sub-forum to exist. Doesn't add up.

13. I have no intention of disrepecting Aisleyne to back up my arguments as to why I like Jennie. Jen love / Ais hate is not mutually exclusive. I have posted Ais news or Ais-related posts when I have been able to. Naturally I would hear of Jennie news first, and likely Ais news after someone else here has beaten me to it and announced it (NB I was the first person to spot Ais's so far only pictorial appearance in the Daily Mail).

14. As previously stated, I do not use this forum as a platform to simply big up Jennie, as has been implied in this thread. If this was the case, i'd be on all the other HMs forums doing the same thing. If you'd bother to check you'd see that i'm not. I post here because i'm an Ais fan. If I wasn't, I wouldn't post here and wouldn't waste my time. Whilst the mods allow posting of Jennie news, I will continue to do so. Should they decide, which it appears they have no intention of doing, to disallow other HMs PR I will respect that and concentrate solely on posting about Ais.

15. You're correct in that Ais is not my first interest. My family is. Get some perspective, please.

However, lets smile and let our opinions stay in their baskets. I am a solid Ais fan and the other housemates do not interest me because of their bad treatment of Ais. I do comment on them from time to time. I am not particularly nice about some of them either but I tell the truth.

I am not a dog. I love my mother and father equally. Both have faults. I do not need to choose between them. There are times when I take my mother's side, other times I take my father's. That does not mean there is an overall battle to be won or lost.

Going by your logic, I take it that you only ever buy CDs by one artist as they are "your favourite", meaning you can't like anyone else's music or contribute to a rival record label's profits?

Is everyone in the world only entitled to like one thing? To only have one friend? To only be a fan of one person? Jen and Ais aren't rivals. They happened to appear on the same TV show is all. I see that Ais and Imogen are good friends. By that I assume that Ais supports Imogen. I see that Ais and Lea are good friends. By that I assume that Ais supports Lea. Yet according to you, Ais should ditch one as she's only allowed 1 favourite.

I'm a Jennie fan and i'm an Ais fan. If that concept is alien to you, fair enough.

As for the purpose of this sub-forum, the heading of "other housemates news" should have given you a clue.

I'm not against you criticising Jennie in the slightest, odm - you keep on going. I'm all for debate. What I objected to was the implication that I am not welcome on this forum simply because I run a Jennie website. What I do on the web does not define my like for and support for Aisleyne. The reason, after all, why we're all here.
