;D I wish you'd had edited your post before I typed all that out. LOL. I'm not against you criticising Jennie in the slightest, odm - you keep on going. I'm all for debate. What I objected to was the implication that I am not welcome on this forum simply because I run a Jennie website. What I do on the web does not define my like for and support for Aisleyne. The reason, after all, why we're all here. What's the emoticon for "shakes hands and gets the next drink in"? ;D Dont be daft Bengos, of course you are welcome on this forum. Lets meet up in the fakers bar tomorrow for a couple like you say. My terming of 'dog' btw was,nt implying you were one.. it was just a symbolic way of expressing a loyal subject. Hugs back

Cheers battybetty for the nakedness - much appreciated at this late hour. Cheers for the reply, odm, also. It takes a lot (or one of two certain GBBF posters who will remain nameless) to get me heated, so don't fret. Cyber-hugs for all.

Aha I was wondering where I'd seen bengos name before, apart from DSBB: jenniescorner.com! I reacted a little like you, odm and frisky, when I saw that haynat1 had joined: a pete supporter I'd seen on DSBB and a member of perfectpete.com where they don't seem to permit much forum participation unless you are 'known'. But hey, the mods set up 'other housemates news' section because they're happy with other ex-housemates, apart from Aisleyne, being posted about. So we ought to be kind(ish). (aiming to make a point but promising to be good in future) Thanks for the kindness. FYI, my website was built and set up in one day on September 3rd 2006. As you'll see below my avatar here, I joined here in August, so i'm not someone whose come here from elsewhere. I was here before I set up my site (unlike the Pete person you mentioned, I presume).

They say making up after falling out is the best. Nudge nudge! I don't want the temperature rising for an all together different reason, as you two get familiar. I will only get jealous! LOL Im glad everyones friends again. I thought I was going to have to whoop the lot of you I could take the lot of your you if I have to you know! Im 'ard as nails I am *lies through teeth * Izzy, for the record I can't abide jennie either and feel exactly the same way about her as yourself, for all the same reasons you've stated and a few more besides for good measure. I saw a bit of the old BBGF ohdearieme that I grew to know and love so much, here in this thread You were a real trooper in Ash's corner back then and I see you're still right on form and one of the best when you get your dander up girl Im glad you've got the 'glowing' under control at the moment hon. Im all recovered from my own 'ouchy' weekend thanks. Saw khandigirl on BBGF last night. Told her we're all missing her. Now that's a girl who loves a darn good scrap! xxxxxx

That's ok bengos, Ive even been know to really push the boat out and occasionally take part in a spot of daytime nakedness too you know. bengos, I know your one of the good guys and that you're also a fellow faker. I appreciate you simply have a different viewpoint on jennie than a lot of us. Im sure by now you will have realised just how easy it is to be unintentionally provocative with your posts, even with a seemingly innocent post in a friendly forum. The fact that you ended up defending jennie in your own thread would seem to be a big indicator that perhaps, in the interest of harmony, you may be wiser to save your actual 'praising' of jennie for her own fan sites, as we do with Ash. Not my place to tell you what to do though. (Unless we're both naked and then Im obviously in charge!) That said, it's bliddy nice to see a bit of real debate going in here for a change. On the whole we're all so polite, perhaps we forgot it's actually ok to have a friendly disagreement from time to time. Although I do think that some healthy debate about Ash herself would be nicer (and safer) it is her forum after all.

I disagree. Praising or defending another housemate should not be seen as provocative and if people are provoked then they are the ones who should show restraint. Dictatorships are often harmonious but only at the expense of freedom of expression. That's not an environment I want to see on this forum. The only rule appropriate for this forum, IMO, is that we should not allow attacks on Aisleyne or on other forum members. Other than that I don't see any good coming from preventing people from expressing their feelings about other housemates whatever those feelings might be. I've been a member of a lot of fan forums and that's the first time I've ever heard such a thing suggested Regards Julian

I agree with Julian's last comments. I've never once criticised Aisleyne (why would I, as a fan of hers?) and if a simple thread in a "Other Housemates News" forum saying that Jennie is on the cover of ZOO is provocative then we're in the realms of daftness, to be honest. I'd wager that most Ais fans dislike Grace more than Jennie, yet I see a ton of Grace threads without the FM posting the news being told posting such news is provocative and inappropriate.
I haven't actually defended Jennie here, other than correct a few mistruths, and I have no problem with fellow Ais fans not sharing my view of Jennie and not once have I tried to encourage other Ais fans to do so. I'm posting news, nothing more.
However, if a mod deems it inappropriate then I have to respect that, but even the mods don't seem to want to agree on this.
It makes a change to see people get fiery about something, to be honest - the last thing any of us want is for this forum to become like the perfect pete forum where everyone has to agree.

Yes, but you might see them as mis-truths but we might have a different view of Jennie's behaviour. Old proverb 'the same light throws different shadows'. EDIT: Deleted as the original material was I think on another thread.
