Early years
Aisleyne was born on 28 December 1978 to Sophia Horgan (Sophie) and Stephen Wallace (Steve).¹

Sophia Horgan was a fashion designer who made clothes for Siouxsie Sioux of Siouxsie and the Banshees, a link she also shared with Pete's mum Anne Stephenson who occasionally appeared as a violinist with Siouxsie and the Banshees on tour. Sophia also designed clothes for Poly Styrene, the lead singer of X-ray Spex, and even gets a mention on the X-ray Spex website (see the entry for Day Eight).

Steve Wallace, who now works as a car dealer, was just 16 when Sophie became pregnant. Sophie is quoted variously as being between aged 46 and 51. This would make her anything between two and seven years older than Aisleyne's dad Steve and anything between 19 or 24 when Ash was born. She may even have still been a fashion student at the time.²

During Aisleyne's early years, Sophia and Steve lived near his parents, Maureen and Robert, in Kentish Town, North London. However, they split up when Aisleyne was three. Sophia allowed Steve some contact with Aisleyne for a couple of years but then "disappeared after a huge row".

According Aisleyne's gran, Steve hired a private detective and pounded the streets around their North London home hunting for her. She told Reveal magazine: "We went out night after night to try to find Aisleyne. We visited nurseries and went to schools in the hope of seeing her. Every penny I made helped pay for a private detective. But his leads fizzled out. As the years went on, my family urged me to come to terms with it." (Reveal magazine - ? August 2006)

Talking about her parents, Aisleyne herself told the Sunday Mirror (20 August 2006): "I love them both so much. My mum raised me as a single parent and my dad hunted for me for years. It's just that the way things were between them meant I could never be with both. When I lived with my mum she didn't want me to see my dad, and when I lived with my dad it was impossible to see her. It's my biggest sadness and I just hope that one day we can all sit down together as a family and be together."

"I used to fantasise about my dad when I was a girl. I would write him letters and leave them on the windowsill outside my bedroom thinking he'd read them somehow. When I was walking down the street, I'd look at the men and wonder if they were him. All I knew was his name and I had an old passport photo, but that was all.

"One year he left Christmas presents on the front doorstep, which was great because we never celebrated birthdays or Christmas because of my mum's religion. But that was the only contact." ³ Source: Sunday Mirror (20 August 2006)

1. In the Big Brother house, Aisleyne said she was born in Hampstead. She may have been referring to the hospital where she was born (could be the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead) or to the place where her parents lived at the time. Hampstead is only a couple of miles to the west of Kentish Town.
2. Now magazine's "I'll never get over the death of my babies" (6 September 2006) refers to Sophia as aged 51. Most other magazines and articles say she is 46.
3. The Christmas present recollection does not seem to tally with the timing of Sophie becoming a Jehova's Witness which was said by Aisleyne to have happened when she about eight and the suggestion that Steve Wallace did not know where they lived after Aisleyne reached five years of age. - Remaha

School years

So from the age of three Aisleyne was brought up by her mother. They moved into a small flat in Kentish Town, near Regent's Park. Aisleyne attended Primrose Hill Primary School in Camden and her mum sent her to after-school clubs so that she could continue to work as a fashion designer. Talking to More magazine about Aisleyne, a former classmate at Primrose Hill from the age of seven called Nadia said "She's completely different now. She used to be really posh. I remember going to a birthday party in a big white house and thinking how huge the garden was. Her mum was a bit of a hippy. They both had long brown hair and flowing skirts. She made Aisleyne eat sunflower seeds and hated junk food. Aisleyne always told us, 'I want to live in a council house," - a fact that Aisleyne herself confirmed in a conversation with Sezer in the Big Brother House. "But she was well-spoken," continued Nadia. "And she seemed brought up in quite a straight-laced way. I couldn't see her kissing girls like she did to Nikki." Source - More magazine (18 July 2006)

Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror: "My mum did the best she could but then she lost her job and things were hard. Money was very tight and it was tough to pay the bills. I used to go to after-school groups all the time because she was working. She never had another boyfriend, so there were no father-figures coming and going, it was just me and her. It's just that money was tight. I used to have to work in a hairdresser's on Saturdays when I was 13. I was paid £12 a day and had to spend it all getting to school." Aisleyne's first secondary school was North Westminster Community School, a comprehensive which has now been demolished and turned into a City Academy. Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror that when she was at North Westminster: " . . there were arguments and stuff, bullying. My mum didn't like it, so I got sent to a girl's school called Helen Wilkinson¹ - away from boys and trouble." (Source: Sunday Mirror).

She soon got into trouble there as well. When she was 14, a fellow pupil once beat her so badly she was hospitalised with cracked cheekbones, cuts and bruises.

Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror: "There was a girl picking on some others and I said something cocky which made everyone laugh. She didn't like it, so she decided to get her cousin to come up to school and sort me out."

"It happened one day when I had to go back to school late on my own. I'd forgotten my mum's umbrella, which I'd borrowed, and had to go back to pick it up. This girl came down the stairs and found me on my own. She had two snooker balls in a sock and battered me with it, and then smashed me over the head with the umbrella. I was in hospital for a week with cracked cheekbones, cuts and bruises."

"I got in scrapes because I wasn't afraid to stand up for myself - a bit like the BB house really. It brought it all back when I had to evict Jonathan. It was like bullying all over again."

It's fairly safe to say that Ash was not a star pupil at school. Her joy at passing any test in the BB House (e.g. the BB rules test in which she scored full marks and the BB Uni task doing signing with Glyn) gives a fair indication that it was not something she had experienced very often.

Jehovah's Witness

When Aisleyne was about eight, her mum became a Jehova's Witness. "My mum's always been interested in religion, she's Irish and comes from strong Catholic religious background," she told the Sunday Mirror. "She used to take me to meetings and stuff."

A former friend told the Daily Mirror: "Aisleyne was a Witness for a long time, like her mum. She used to go with her to knock on doors, telling people about the Bible. She was shy, but like most teens she started to rebel - smoking and taking an interest in boys. She moved away from the group and was never baptised. But her mum was still involved and couldn't handle her behaviour." (Source - Daily Mirror - 7 June 2006)

Smoking and sex before marriage are forbidden by the religion. Those who break the rules are thrown out if they do not repent and their families are ordered to disown them.

Aisleyne leaves home

Aisleyne moved out of her mum's flat when she was 16 after a big row.

She told the Sunday Mirror: "We just realised we couldn't carry on living together. When I was about eight, she became a Jehovah's Witness. She used to take me to meetings and stuff. She was only trying to better my life and make sure I stayed on the straight and narrow, but I couldn't see that at the time. I just wanted to rebel. Our arguments were just building up all the time like a volcano waiting to explode."

"It was that one night I finally snapped. I grabbed a few clothes, threw them into a bag and walked out. I had nowhere to go, I had about £6 in my purse."

"By then, I did have a close circle of girlfriends, I phoned around - one of them was always willing to put me up for the night. That night I went to a friend's a few streets away, her mum was out so she had a free flat. We spent the night talking I realised I could never go home." (Source - Sunday Mirror - 20 August 2006)

Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror: "I left home partly because I wanted my independence and to find my dad, and my mum couldn't stand that."

In a conversation with Sezer in the BB House, Aisleyne said she left because she wanted to find her dad. It is possible that this was the subject of the major row on the night that she left home or the reason why she decided not to go back.

At 16, Aisleyne found her way to a hostel where she was given space in a warden-operated shared flat with junkies, runaways and girls who had been abused.

She told the Sunday Mirror: "It was the best and worst of times. It was so overwhelming. I was alone. The isolation came back in the Big Brother house - it was very similar.

"I have some wicked memories of it and, fortunately for me, my hostel was decent. It wasn't too strict but it was a mad time, I had so much freedom. I met some girls there who are still my friends now and others who've been through a lot, had a real tough time, tougher than me. I joined a gang of girls who went out clubbing and I totally loved it. Dancing and having fun - it was something I'd never been able to do before."

She held down various jobs in shoe shops and as a promotions girl, and even won a grant from the Prince's Trust so she could do a beauty therapy course at college.

Reunion with dad

But that was put right shortly after her 18th birthday when Aisleyne had a call saying her dad was trying to find her.

Aisleyne's gran Maureen told the Daily Mirror that in January 1997, a friend of Steve's spotted a car in Kilburn with Aisleyne's name in the window. (Source: Daily Mirror - 27 June 2006)

Aisleyne's dad told Reveal magazine: 'I found her living in a women's hostel in Kilburn, London in 1996. It was snowing and when I got to the address there was a car outside with an Aisleyne window sticker inside - that's when I knew it really was the right place and I'd found her.

"I phoned the number of the place and she screamed. I went up and we just hugged and cried. Meeting up again was the happiest day of my life, and we soon made up for lost time."

Speaking of the moment Stephen finally found her, Aisleyne's gran said: "She'd been looking for us, too. Stephen brought her straight to our house. It was the greatest moment of my life." (Source: Daily Mirror - 27 June 2006)

Recalling the day when the warden at the hostel said her dad was trying to get in touch. Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror (20 August): "I couldn't believe it. The phone in the hostel was a payphone and every time it rang I belted down the hall to answer it before one of the other girls did. When he finally rang he just said, 'Hello, hi? Do you know who this is?' I just burst into tears. I can't remember if I said Dad, Daddy or what. We spoke for 10 or 15 minutes and arranged to meet up in a few days."

"Everyone in the hostel knew he was coming. He drove up in his car and I heard one of the guys shout, 'Oi, Ash, your dad's here'."

In the BB House Ash told Sezer: "He rolled up to the house in a Porsche. And like all they girls in the hostel were hating, proper hating. You know like we were proper poor, broken on our face and my dad rolls up like a hero to comes and save me. I loved it."

"So he came up the stairs and he said I'm a bit worried that you might not like me cos I'm fat. Oh shut up. He weren't even fat. He was just big. So he knocked on the door and I opened the door and I just . . I was just shaking my whole body was just shaking. I just flung my arms round him. And he was like in tears and said: 'I just can't believe you love me straight away'."

Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror: "I knew I'd love him straight away and I did. We had such a wicked day together. We went around London and had a McDonald's, just spent time chatting and getting to know each other. A few weeks later I moved out of the hostel and into my own flat."

She added: "My dad and I had our ups and downs. It hasn't been easy. We have such a solid relationship and I don't know where I'd be without it. My mum, on the other hand, is a different story. I saw her twice on the street last year and all she said to me was, 'Leave me alone'. I love her so much, I don't want to say anything bad about her."

Aisleyne said finding her dad gave her new stability in her life.

"The only people I could rely on apart from him were my friends from the hostel and the clubbing scene. They were there for me when no one else was. Dad hated the hostel and I moved in with him for a year, then into another hostel near him in Camden," she said. (Source - Sunday Mirror - 20 August 2006)

A huge family party was organised to welcome her back and they all took time to get to know each other again properly.

Steve says: "We travelled to the Gambia for a month on holiday, to Marbella in Spain on a big family trip and I'm hoping to travel to India with her for two months when she gets out of the house. But our happiness is tinged with sadness, because she really wants to have contact with her mum."

He says: "I honestly don't know why Sophie won't speak to her. There's no apparent reason for it and it seems unnatural to cut off all contact with your only child. Letters Aisleyne posted to her mum have been returned to her, and phone calls she's made have all gone unanswered. It's very traumatic, but the rest of her family do our best to make up for it."

Steve adds: "When Sophie took Aisleyne away, I was astonished to discover she had been living half a mile away from where I was. Aisleyne now lives in Kings Cross, very close to her mum, but they never see each other, which adds to her pain." (Source - Reveal magazine - 8 August 2006)

Despite their 11-year feud, Aisleyne has never gave up on her mum: "I tried to call her once when I really needed her support, but she didn't want to know. I saw her on the street twice last year, but she told me to go away. There's only so much heartache I can take. I love her, but there was no way we could live together." 1. One of the hostels Aisleyne lived in was in Callcott Road, NW6 (Source: confirmed to Clash in private conversation with Aisleyne last month). The following is from the Depaul Trust charity: " Callcott Road, London NW6: This shared house accommodates 6 young people who are ready to live in a more independent environment. The accommodation is totally self-catering, but a member of staff from the Willesden Hostel provides support. Residents usually stay for approximately 2 years moving into permanent independent accommodation."

Friends

One of Aisleyne's best friends, Janine Green, told More magazine (18 July 2006), "She felt she couldn't live with her mum Sophia anymore so she left."

Now however she lives in a smart one-bedroom flat, with wooden floors in Bloomsbury, near Kings Cross.

"It's lovely," says Janine. "She's had lots of nice cars including a Mercedes and another convertible. She's got a lot of taste and loves her Chloé, Prada and Gucci boots and handbags.

"She is great company. We used to go to all the best clubs - Mayfair Club, Embassy, Chinawhite. We hung out with celebs like Mike Tyson."

Janine says she even owes her life to Aisleyne. "She looked after me when I was being hunted down by an ex. He'd been hitting me. He was a psycho. Aisleyne put me up at hers but he found us."

"He smashed into Aisleyne's block and tried to get in the flat. We were terrified. He was stopped by neighbours. But not before he'd scrawled his initials in blood on the wall. She protected me. How many friends would do that?"

But she's not always popular with other girls (no surprise to Nikki!). Her ex-fling Leroy Goddard¹ tells us, "She's very flirtatious. She always looked amazing in short skirts with her boobs out and other girls got well jealous. They'd call her a 'slag' and a 'bi@tch'."

Janine also told More magazine about the time Aisleyne was bottled in a nightclub. It said that this incident took place two years ago (i.e. in 2004). However a later article (More magazine issue 481, Aug 29 - Sep 11 2006) claims this incident took place when Aisleyne was a teenager: " more has already revealed Ash was bottled in a nightclub, aged 17, by a group of girls."

Janine told More: "We were at a bar with some blokes and another group of girls were clearly jealous. One of them spilt wine down Aisleyne's top. Aisleyne said, 'What are you doing?'"

"When the club shut the girl came up with a broken bottle and cut Aisleyne's arm. We were shocked and took her to have stitches. Aisleyne was so upset. She'd done nothing wrong."

Despite all this Janine says Aisleyne is a great girl: "She's just been herself. A kind girl who hangs out at home with her mates listening to R&B. She's got a big mouth on her but she's genuine." (Source - More magazine - 18 July 2006)

Aisleyne was my saviour - Ebtissam Lachhab
Ebtissam Lachhab was another friend who was rooting for Aisleyne during Big Brother. She told the Daily Mirror that she has never forgotten how big-hearted Aisleyne once saved her from the streets.

Ebtissam Lachhab, 28, left her family home at six months pregnant because she was terrified her strict Muslim parents would disown her for having a baby.

Aisleyne - unemployed and struggling for cash herself at the time - put her up in her one-room hostel. She slept on a tiny couch, gave Ebtissam her bed and fed and supported her until she had her baby.

Ebtissam, of Islington, North London, was furious that Aisleyne was picked on by the other five finalists in the last week. "They've all got it in for her. They're all acting like childish bullies. Richard is sly and sneaky and laughing at her behind her back. Even Glyn's been slagging her off. She deserves more respect. She's the most thoughtful, loyal friend anyone could wish for. I got pregnant when I was 21. Aisleyne gave me her bed and fed me. She was my birthing partner, then godmother to my son Kieran who's now six.

"She also supported me when my mum died. She's my saviour. She's had a tough life herself and has worked very hard to get a flat and a bit of money. She deserves to win Big Brother." (Daily Mirror - 18 August 2006)

Ebtissam (Tissam) appeared on BBLB with two other friends (Becky and Tammy).

1. The first night in the House Next Door, Ash asked the new housemates "Where's Leroy?", meaning Jonathan. She explained this by saying that Jonathan reminded her of one of her mates.

Boyfriends

"She loves lads with a naughty streak," revealed a friend in Sneak magazine. "She's been out with loads of blokes who have a bad reputation. She loves the tragedy of having a sweetheart behind bars and plays up to it. She said she wouldn't go out with a "normal guy."

"So you like bad boys?" asked More magazine (12 September 2006).
"Yeah," answered Aisleyne. "One of my first boyfriends was really feared by some of the blokes that used to rampage through my hostel. As soon as I started dating him I won their respect. I felt protected by that kind of man because I was in a vulnerable situation."

More also asked: "What's the worst thing a bloke's ever done to you?"
Ash: "Most of them have cheated on me. One time, this girl phoned me up while she was having sex with my boyfriend and played it down the phone."

More: "Have you ever been attracted to nice blokes?"
Ash: "My first boyfriend, when I was 17, was a good working bloke and yet he was the only one who ever beat me up so what can you do, y'know?"

More: "Blimey. What happened?"
Ash: "He was a complete arsehole who couldn't take it when I dumped him after a year together. He said, 'You bi@tch. You don't love me any more.' Then he got on the tube with me in Harlesden. Next thing I remember, I was on the floor. He had punched me in the eye and knocked me out. I ended up taking him to court over it."

More: "Had he ever hit you before?"
Ash: "Even before that he was loopy. He hid in the cupboard in my room one night. When I found him three hours later and asked what the hell he was doing he said he had wanted to make sure I didn't cheat on him. I was so shocked I told him to hop it."

Noel Barnes
According to Sneak magazine: Aisleyne's first taste of dating a bad lad was when she went out with Noel Barnes, who's now serving life in prison for stabbing a drug dealer to death. They dated for a year when she was 20. According to Barnes, the pair met when he was working as a promoter in a North London club: "We were drinking champagne and Aisleyne started dancing," he recalls. "She was a great mover."

Curtis Davies
A few years later Aisleyne started dating Curtis Davis, who is now serving an eight year prison sentence for firearms offences.

According to the Sunday Mirror (20 August 2006), when Aisleyne met Curtis four years ago she was swept off her feet by his "charm and bling". "He was a typical ladies' man and always loaded. He was everything to me and filled in all the gaps in my life. I suddenly had love and gifts I'd never had before. He gave me a VW Golf car, jewellery and we went on holidays. It was attention which I'd never had before and it really lifted me up. I never asked where the money came from. He was never violent to me, but he did get in trouble."

In February 2004, Davies presented Aisleyne with a £5,000 white gold and diamond engagement ring and the pair began talking about marriage and babies.

But soon after that Davies, now 25, was arrested brandishing a handgun outside Aisleyne's flat. He was jailed for eight years for firearms offences and a heartbroken Aisleyne refused to take off her ring.

She said: "He loved me and just managed to get himself mixed up in something. I visited him in prison several times. I still love him and always will - I can't wait for him to get out of prison."

This statement together with the title of the Sunday Mirror article ("Tyson's great.. But I'll stick with jailed lover") led many to believe that Aisleyne and Curtis were still an item. The 29 August edition of More magazine referred to Curtis as her "gansta ex" but also gave the impression that Aisleyne was still waiting for him to get out. "I still love him and always will," Ash told More. "He was everything to me and filled all the gaps in my life." The article said that Aisleyne wore Curtis' engagement ring her during Big Brother as a symbol of her love. It added that "it looks like Ash is still crazy about Curtis even though he was jailed for carrying a handgun. Plus she'll have to wait for another six years for him to be released." An anonymous friend told the Daily Mirror that Curtis would react badly to seeing Aisleyne on TV: "He won't be happy. I'd say he's definitely the jealous type." (Aisleyne's secret Tyson dates - Daily Mirror - 31 May 2006)

It is not known whether Aisleyne subsequently had any contact with Curtis that made her change her mind or whether the press misinterpreted her declarations of love for Curtis as confirmation that she was still being faithful to him, but Aisleyne put the issue firmly to rest in her 12 September interview with More magazine. When asked by More "Will you marry him?" she responded by saying: "No. We're not going out now babes."

More "But aren't you still wearing his engagement ring?"
Ash: "Yes. It's a ring, which Curtis proposed to me with, yes. But I only wear it as a friendship ring now. He popped the question when he was in prison. I loved him for a long time, but I don't know how I feel about him now."

In the same interview, Aisleyne told the story of the last time she and Curtis got together. "Nine months ago when he came out of prison for a day on good behaviour. We even had sex in a church toilet. I needed a wee, Curtis followed me in and Bob's your uncle. It felt very un-holy! I waited for him for so long when he first went to jail- We've split up, but I'm alright by myself now."

More: "He's in prison for carrying a gun. Did he ever get you involved in it all?
Ash: "No! [screeches] But where I used to go raving it was just normal to have guns on the scene. Three years ago I had to dodge behind a table because of flying bullets. No one was hurt, thank God."

More "What did your mum and dad say about him?"
Ash: "They weren't around to comment."

Aisleyne's Turkey Love
According to The Sun, Aisleyne romped naked in the sea with a hunky Turkish holiday rep — then dumped him for a millionaire just before entering the Big Brother House.

Sam Cinkir, 26, who runs boat trips for tourists, met the model a few weeks before Big Brother. She was with friends in the resort of Marmaris and he took a snap of her when they came on board and sunbathed topless. They all met up the next night, and Sam said: “I suggested that we go swimming so took my clothes off and jumped in — and they followed. “Aisleyne swam over and began touching me under the water. We spent the evening kissing and touching, but didn’t have sex.”

She agreed to meet the next day. But Sam said: “I saw her with a guy who is a well-known millionaire in the area. I last saw her riding off on the back of his motorbike.”

He added: “She wants a man with money and when she found him she wasn’t interested in me.”

Miscarriages

Aisleyne first revealed how she and Curtis lost two babies within 12 months to Now magazine (6 September). "It's something I'll never get over. I remember it like it was yesterday," she said. "The first time it happened I was five and a half months pregnant. I felt a sharp pain when I went to the toilet and I instantly knew something was wrong. My waters broke and I went into a total panic. I was terrified. My friend called an ambulance, but by the time they arrived I'd already given birth in the bathroom. It was one of the most horrific experiences of my life."

In a subsequent interview with More magazine (12 September), she said: "I can't tell you how difficult it was. I was in hospital for a week. The hardest thing was Curtis couldn't be with me because he was in prison. It had a really weird effect on me afterwards. It put me off sex for a very long time [she starts crying]. Sorry babes, this is really hard. I sent my mum a letter hoping she'd comfort me. But I felt like she thought it was my fault."

According to Now magazine (6 September), Aisleyne was given no explanation for the death of her baby two years ago, but the image still haunts her: "I don't know whether it was a boy or a girl. I just couldn't believe it was happening. My boyfriend Curtis [Davies] had been so excited when I told him I was pregnant. Although I'd been apprehensive, I knew I'd have been a good mum. I'd have doted on that child and never left its side."

"Just when I thought everything was working out in my life, it all seemed to go wrong,' she says. 'We were devastated after we lost the baby. But that can either break up a couple or bring them closer and it definitely brought us closer."

Shortly after, Curtis, now 25, was jailed for eight years for firearms offences. The pair kept in touch - Aisleyne visited him several times. He was allowed out on a short visit for good behaviour last October and Aisleyne fell pregnant for the second time. But once again she miscarried, this time just weeks after she'd realised she was pregnant.

"It was like a pattern," she recalls. "I felt that nothing could go right in my life and that's all I deserved. My relationship with Curtis gradually deteriorated."

It was at that point that Aisleyne felt most alone, but she couldn't speak to the one person she needed most: her mum Sophia, 51.

Mike Tyson

According to the Daily Star, Aisleyne met Mike Tyson at the opening of a restaurant in Hendon, north-west London, last year. The restaurant in question was the Gallery Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub which opened in early November 2005. However, Now magazine says the pair met in 2004 when he went into the club where Aisleyne was working as a promotions girl. Despite the discrepancy with the date, the magazine may be referring to the same occasion because The Gallery is a nightclub as well as a restaurant.

Aisleyne told the Sunday Mirror (20 August 2006): "He and his entourage came into the club and he was spending money like it was going out of fashion. He had a huge number of hangers-on with him and I kind of got swept up in all of that.

"I ended up travelling around the country with Tyson and all his friends for a week or so. We went everywhere in stretch limos and were photographed at events. He called me his Irish princess, which just made me laugh. But he was a perfect gentleman. All I will say is that we are very good friends.

"Mike was a real charmer and has a fantastic lifestyle. It could have gone places if that's what I'd wanted, but I know that if you get involved with Mike Tyson I might have taken on more than I bargained for.

"I hear he has been watching the show and I'm very flattered, he was a lovely guy and I'm too much of a lady to say anything about our relationship."

The Sunday Mirror then claimed that instead Aisleyne said she would remain true to her first and only long-term love, Curtis Davies.

Darling Aisleyne call me!
The Daily Star ran another Mike Tyson story as late as 1 October 2006 claiming that the boxing legend is still "desperate for another chance at romance with Big Brother babe Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace".

The former world heavyweight champ was knocked out by the stunning blonde when they dated before she went into the BB house. But after hearing nothing from the glamour girl since her eviction, “Iron” Mike has now hired a private detective to track her down and hand her a love note.

The emotional star told the Daily Star Sunday earlier this year how he was smitten with the 27-year-old babe. And he revealed he would even be prepared to break into the Channel 4 house to see Aisleyne – who he dubbed his “Limerick Princess” because she has family in the Irish city.

Now, in his bid for a second chance, Tyson has contacted a British detective agency with orders to hand her the heartfelt note penned during a lonely night at his Las Vegas home. The star said: “Since entering the Big Brother house she’s changed her phone number. It’s dreadful not knowing if she’s OK or not and it’s so unlike her not to be in touch. Before she went in the house we were so close. I just want to tell her that I still love my Limerick Princess."

“Before she joined Big Brother we were like two besotted teenagers, always on the phone to each other. We were supposed to be going on a cruise together – now that’s all off. I just want her to know I love her.”

Tyson, who was 40 in June, said he’s hoping it’s merely a breakdown in communications. “I’m hoping there’s nothing more sinister going on and that she will get in touch with me soon – just to put my mind at ease, if nothing else,” he said. “I’ve engaged the detective to make sure she’s OK and that she gets my phone number. What happens after that is another matter.”

“I miss her so much," he added. "I hope everything will be OK.”
