It's an age thing. I was at college doing my A-levels during the punk scene and I was into quite a few of the bands of the time. Bands seemed to do a proper tour in those days rather than a nationwide tour taking in the NEC, Earls Court and Murrayfield. It was possible to go to 2 or maybe 3 concerts in a week. (I paid 50p to see U2 at the local town hall) I still listen to the old bands from that era but I am not stuck in that era.

I can remember when i was a kid going up and down the country to see all the punk concerts under the A.N.L banner it was good fun but it all ways ended up with a fight at the end of the gigs, at the moment im realy into Kasabian i think there going to be realy big,what im listening to at the moment is The Sunshine underground they sound very 80's but still good sounds like The Killers if you like them

I prefer the first one to the second. I thought they were awesome at Glastonbury in 2005. I only saw it on TV but they looked the best band at that festival when it came to live performance.
