Well I'm behind on my One a Day's 'cos sadly our  Mickey died on Wednesday we'd had him for over 16 years so it was quite sad, Mitzy took the day off work( and her team leader at work didn't log her as having the day off  ) to look after him and he died later that evening with us all there so that was a comfort, we buried him yesterday in our garden and planted lots of  which will look lovely in the springtime. Oh CS sorry to hear about your loss  I only just spotted your post. Its a nice idea to plant lots of nice colour for the spring. It will keep you cheerful and you will be able to have pleasant thoughts of Mickey. Its a lovely way to remember him too. |

Sorry to here you have been ill today,i hope you get better soon   Thanks carrickmac. Im feeling much better this evening. I can just about stand upright now and can even manage a little titter safely.  Hope silena is feeling a bit better now too. |

Ok - having not been in 1 a day for over a week i think i would like to apologise for being such an idiot on the forum, ie asking where everyone is as such, i never never never realised what was going on with everyone so no wonder i was not seeing anyone  Silena - i hope your feeling a little better and sorry to hear that you were suffering in pain Maria - so very sorry to see also that you had an attack, but your getting yourself sorted out with painkillers and such And also to carrick - hope your getting better also ODM,Andy & Kirstie if you have been having any issues then i hope everything is fine also My one a day should be im an insensitive prat a min enjoying myself...........anyways i go back home tonight xx |

Im trying to think of my one a day other than the menopause pill Im taking...thats one a day I have to be honest and say I have been very good and reasonably nice to people around me despite feeling agitated on occasion lately...so I shall BEAM a grin at you all, and send love and hugs, will that do until I can confess to doing something truly wonderful and inspiring??? |

;D ODM I cant imagine you being anything but lovely and polite Oh and im sure this must count as a one a day but i got my decree absolute the other day so im offically FREE im v pleased about it i resisted the urge to run down the street naked whilst singing for joy just made do with a few beers to celebrate |
