My one a day is i took 4 kids yes 3 of them mine admittedly to the school summer fete where they won so many raffles and tombolas that i resembled a bag lady leaving which was dissapointing as id made a effort to look smart today I then noticed some big event at the roath recreation grounds (a big lovely park) so we stopped there (with bags in tow ) and watched that for a bit , i really do have to tidy the house today before i end up being the main feature on life of grime or even how to be a domestic goddess ahh i wish |

My one a day is ive been to the indoor athletics centre for my sons sports day im horse from cheering him and his team on ;D
He came 1st in the sack race 2nd in the obsticle race and 3rd twice in two other races the egg and spoon and hurdles .
Im dead chuffed ;D
