My one a day is needing to go to the doctor i think and finding out what is triggering my migraines as im ending up being sick all day and trying to sleep is not working anymore, i still have a dullish pain in my head today and feels like i have piins in it and im contending with a cold also

I would like to say something about my best freand John LoweryEarly this morning i got the devastating news that John had passed away,we have bean freands for over thirty years and you could not have hoped to meet a nicer person,ive never heard of anybody to have a bad word about him he was loved by all his freands.Its bean like losing a brother for me he was such a lovely person,i will never forget my freand John
