This from the above link regarding Marianne Faithful...please forgive me..but this woman cant sing...despite her terrible news. I have such a big problem with some of these old stars who hang on to some kind of celebrity when in fact they just have such limited talent. Marianne was incredibly beautiful..once .unfortunately, I do think that some celebs, like her, need to go and sit on a chaise longue and think about more meaningful things to do with their life instead of making themselves believe that they are the flavour of the month. (Bridget Bardot for example...she definately had beauty AND brains) Having breast cancer is not going to boost Mariannes popularity, not publicising it or having to go through the trauma of having it...either way, Marianne is gonna find its lonely at the top and its worse when you have a possible terminal illness. www.playfuls.com/news_00001126_Faithfull_Diagnosed_With_Breast_Cancer.htmlUPDATE: Marianne has made a full recovery..7/11/2006

Dunno about anyone else But I adored Freddie Mercury..I remember having their Album Killer Queen and thinking how weird Freddie looked but all the same loved them when I was about 14. Interesting that Robbie Williams said that if he could wish for one thing it would be for Freddie Mercury to channel an album to him to put out... actually, I would like that to happen too. Robbie Williams might have seen like an unlikely fat dancer but he has the x factor that is so marketable and memorable. If anyone could do something good with further Mercury material, I would pick Robbie for the job....yep.

We are all big Queen fans at Remaha Towers. Been to see the London Show "We will Rock You" and Brian May turned up in the audience on the night. Robbie Williams has a huge stage presence. I like watching him live but don't really like much of his music apart from three of his hits.
