Whilst it was an outrage that Robert was, once again, in the bottom two, it was obvious that Simon wasn't going to save him for what would have been the third time.
Oh Dearie Me is the right phrase when it comes to the MacDonald Brothers. If Simon carries on the way he's going with them, they might even win it. Every time he's nasty ablout them, people who wouldn't normally have bothered voting must be calling in.
I have come to the conclusion that he's doing it on purpose to add a bit of spice to the show.

'X Factor' chiefs expect Leona to win? Wednesday, November 22 2006, 09:33 UTC - by Dave West
X Factor producers have signalled that they expect Leona Lewis to win the contest, according to a report.
The hint, says The Sun, is that the song picked to be released by the series winner is suited to a female - and Lewis is the only girl left in.
A cover of Kelly Clarkson’s first release 'A Moment Like This' will hit stores on December 20 sung by whichever artist is victorious. It was a hit for Clarkson after she won rival reality show American Idol.
A source told the paper the choice was a clear indication show chiefs were also backing the bookies' favourite. “It’s a difficult number that suits a girl’s voice," he said. "Leona’s the only girl left.”
Lewis is the favourite, at 4/9, to win the show, while Ben Mills is second at 2/1.
A spokesman for the show denied the rumour, however. “The song was actually originally recorded by a bloke for the demo tape," he said. "We’ll make four arrangements, so it fits anyone’s voice.”

'X Factor's Leona makes waves in the States Monday, November 20 2006, 10:50 UTC - by Ben Rawson-Jones
X Factor contestant Leona Lewis is reportedly being wooed by Ellen DeGeneres to appear on her American chat show.
The Sun quotes an insider on the ITV1 show as saying: "They have been checking her out each week on the show because there’s been a real buzz around her out there. They made contact and invited her to come and be a guest."
The source added: "It’s a massive boost for Leona because Ellen’s show is huge in America and you have to be pretty special to get on."
On Saturday's edition of the talent show, Lewis' mentor Simon Cowell told her: "Everyone is buzzing about you in America
Looks like the rest of them might as well pack their suitcase and go home then!!
