I have just thought about the cost and me and hubby [he's given up as well] will save around [glow=red,2,300]£300 per month[/glow] by giving up.
We've already saved over a tenner. WOW this kind of thinking really helps with cravings

I started smoking in August after over 2 years off them,now smoking more than i ever did,seen my doctor last week and my blood pressure is way sky high so will have to set a date soon to stop

I truly loved my cigarettes and i gave up just like that. But..it was not easy. Heres a funny story for you to think about. I loved smoking!! when I had a ciggie I was like this and Without my cigarettes I was like this . I knew I had to stop because it was destroying my health. It made my clothes, car and house smell and I was just smoking money and chucking it away . On this form you have and lots of these so say no to these and save yourself some money and you will be tons healthier too ;D ;D ;D ;D
