;DIm'e still off the cigs or as we say up here in Geordie land tabs'only aids im'e useing are xxx strong mints and cola cubes ,got a craving for them after trick or treat.Whent to the hospital today had the tests every thing seamed to go well,i will phone next week to get results,but like i say every thing seamed to go well,thank you too every one for there support  |

Everyone is doing really well, you lot are making me feel guilty. I have been trying to give up for months due to a colapsed lung in the summer. I know it's absolute madness smoking. I have a packet and after I smoke them I am going to quit. I have a cd I will listen to. So I should be posting in here tomorrow that I have smoked my last cig. |
