Same old story is,nt it? Though I do feel sorry for this woman and what happened to her dad etc, it would be in my opinion even MORE of a reason to be a mum to her little boy who she claims she could not settle down and be a mum to as she was always career driven. Well if she was so career driven why have a baby in the first place? I get fed up with these mothers who think the limelight is more important then their offspring. Not everyone rushes off to stick their face on the tv or magazines just because they think they have a bit of talent..and these women should be taking care of their children instead of running off in the night to seek their own fortune.
Now that the x factor 'dream' if thats what you want to call it has died down for Miss Kerry, you will see that she wants to go back to her home and 'be the mother' she should be for her child. I have no sympathy for this woman. I am a hard nosed biatch. I must be because I believe that if Kerry had won the x-factor she would have handed her kid over to anyone who would care to look after it in her absense while she propped herself up for any camera that wants to flash its bulb at her. I am very disappointed with people who think FAME is everything..they seem to lose sight of their senses in a very big way and even trade their families for a chance at the bigtime..Kerry now wants her old relationship back and her child. My advice to her is GET REAL and thank yourself for what you have in your own back yard..the grass will always be greener on the other side, but beware, your lawnmower may not be sharp enough!!!!

LIFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - 'X Factor' reject Kerry McGregor claims competing on the TV talent show has cured her of her post-natal depression.
Wheelchair-bound Kerry, who turns 32 today (31.10.06), was voted out of the competition on Saturday (28.10.06) but says her time on the programme helped her win her struggle against the depression she has suffered since her son Joshua was born 18-months ago.
Kerry said: "Being on 'X Factor' has been the natural high I needed to go home and be the mother Joshua needs.
"I had the baby blues for the best part of a year. I found it difficult to adjust to being a full-time mum as I was always so career-driven.
"I love my son dearly and I would never trade him for the world. I'm proud of the experience on 'X factor' and I'm sure he will benefit."
Kerry was left reliant on a wheelchair after she broke her back when she was just 13.
The pretty blonde singer also told how her father was tragically killed by a drunk driver when she was just six.
Kerry now hopes to persuade Joshua's father, Dean Robertson, to give their relationship a second chance.
She said: "I would like to think we could get back together. That would be the perfect fairytale ending."
