My one a day is ive finally finished all my jobs delegated all my other chores  so all thats left is a bath and a shopping trip ;D |

My one for the day is blowing kirstie and Macca a great big smacker!  LOL Thats for doing so well at keeping off the cigs and also an extra one for Mal for making me laugh more than once tonight  Im still not smoking Maria plus at my weekl'y check up the nurse told me i have lost nine pound in weight :Dand thats with me not even trying to lose weight. Ialso got a e-mail off a member of another sight i belong to,she lives in America and they have a custom of making patchwork quilts,and for every patch they put in ,they put the name of a person they need to remember,and as shes making one she asked me if i wanted to pick a patch ,so i picked one and put the name of a freand i lost recently,it was nice of her to ask as i dont realy know her plus its a good way to remember my freand |

Aw thats really good and lovely mal ive lost pounds too but just from my purse  and after giving up smoking its all too easy to start eating crap  Which ive finally been able to stop whats the point you give up smoking only to read in the papers that your more likely to die from being obese than smoking eitherway you cant win unless you give it all up . So i guess we have to keep up keepin up #cheerleader1# |

My one a day is ive decided to be a vegeterian,i just cant stand eating meat any more,over the last month or so ive never been eating much any way,so its now going to be easy for me to cut out all the meat products and concentrate on a vegetarian diat and im sure i will feel all the better for it  |

My one a day is I have made dinner for everyone if you knew how bad I was in the kitchen you would realise that that is a big thing for me!! I don't know if everyone will like it but the point is I cooked it myself from scratch so any complaints and you'll see a few people walking around cardiff with pots on their heads |

Ive spent most of the day working in the garden and i have realy got on top of things,all the weeding is done ive finished all the pruning and its all looking neat and tidy,all i have to do now ,is to set up the rest of the stageing in the greenhouse so i have plenty room for all the seed trays |
