Hiya, im not interested in the diet, but would certainly like to see how everyone gets on and also offer some suppport and encouragement if thats ok.

I would like to join, I need to lose some serious weight. It is the motivation that is lacking at the moment. I did really well a few months ago and started to feel better about myself, but again health issues have made me depressed, lethargic etc. and I have lost the will to care. I really need a kick up the !!. Just thought, maybe I need to change my sig for this one!!

Is everyone up for starting on Monday. If so time to get on these dreaded scales. Best to go on at around the same time every week to get a truer picture of the weight loss. see you all monday

I'm ok for a Monday start but I'll have to be awkward and have my weigh-day on Saturday as we don't have a floor level enough for my scales to give an accurate reading, so I have to use the ones at the local chemists. So I'll do weekend weigh-ins and report the results on Monday along with everyone else. I've just had a week of stuffing myself with comfort food - milk, biscuits and chocolate mainly - since my beautiful old dog died last Friday. I'm getting back to normal now and feeling a lot more positive.

yeah im up for monday, ive actually been eating less i feel this week lol and cause im on here most of the day i end up just snacking in a oner which i am sure is bad for you.

OH. MY. GOD. I got on the scales at the chemists this morning and I'm a mixture of and . But it's going to get better from here onwards. I'm not going to post my weight but when I get to a size and shape I'm happy with, I'll let you all know the full horror of this morning! I'm starting this week by having fruit in place of the crisps, biscuits and chocolate. And I'm banned from drinking milk - I can have it on cereal or in drinks but that's it. I'm going to let myself have one chocolate treat a week - and that'll be on a Saturday evening if I've had a good weight loss.

well done you for starting already. I'm getting all my sins in now before monday. By the way, have any of you noticed that most of the things that are bad for you begin with 'c' chips chocolate cakes coke cigarettes caffeine crisps cheese cream
