I want to join as i need to lose a lot! I will begin on Monday and plan on walking the kids to school instead of driving them. A good tip to you all is to drink 1/2 pt of water before each meal to fill you up and when feeling hungry drink a glass of water and wait 10 mins oftentimes it was thirst and not hunger that you were feeling!!

I think that's a great tip 6alives, it's what I do when I feel peckish to see if I really am, the only thing I really drink is water, the only other thing is a coffee in the morning and maybe one in the evening.

Do you go to their meetings or are you just following their guidelines? I haven't eaten chocolate in a long time , I treat myself every now and then by having Skinny Cow or some Angel Delight.

Now I have packed up the ciggies I want to eat or do something all the time..its not funny it is pretty irritating...I have not worked out what Im going to do to stop weight creeping on..I cant afford to put it on as I am not very tall and I do stagework so...I am gonna be desperate...first thing I can tell everybody for absolute sure..is that if you drink 2 litres of water a day it keeps you very well highdrated and it keeps the weight off. It does not work straight away but if you keep it up drinking two literes a day the body stops storing its own supplies and you will find that you get weight loss. Check out the benefits of water on Google...they really are excellent and yes, it also fills you up....

In my mind now, I see a plate of either fish and chips or chinese.. .can you see how much mental pain I am having..without MY CIGARETTEESSSSSS...... well I dont want the ciggies..not really, dont want the smoke in my lungs, its just that feeling...you know..the condor moment that I miss...right..stop that ODM..ok... now..no fish and chips, no chinese...Im not very equipped with diet type food in the house today...tomatoes are good...someone said tomatoes..hardly any calories in tomatoes.. even tin tomatoes are good, low calories there too.. cup a soups are about 67 calories...I have had one of those today...ive had some grapes because celtic sky was suggesting I grope my husband when Im hungry....ummmmyep..ok..or eat the grapes..i decided the grapes for the moment...grape and grope sound too alike however. ..right...away with that one..I have some very nice french salad in the fridge, salad can be very tasty with fresh chives and chopped peppers.. i had that yesterday so I cannot do it again today..so I am going to have something simple. Spaghetti on toast..because I cant think of anything else..and yes I expect its loaded with calories... Im no good on this thread am i.. Just chuck me off..i deserve it....( Mumbles off into the fridge...apologising)...

HI everyone! ;D I've not been here this week thanks to my dodgy computer but it's working this evening. I went to the chemists and got on the scales on my way home this afternoon and I've lost 5 lbs since Saturday morning. All I did was cut out the carp - well, most of it! I've still had whatever I wanted for meals but if I wanted a snack I had a big glass of water and either a couple of Crackawheat or a piece of fruit. I'm sticking to the same for another week and when the loss slows/stops I'll start to do more 'diety' things. And I'm having that Peanut Butter Aero tomorrow because I deserve it!
