For lunch yesterday I had 2 slices of brown toast with cottage cheese and tomato on top and never felt hungry until quite late on last night. Anybody got any other light meal ideas cos if I stick to this I will just get bored and end up doing this -

I find that soups are a good light meal, with a couple of slices of bread.
I like cottage cheese on a jacket potato, I've never tried it on bread before.

How's everybody doing? I'm going in to the doctors to be weighed next week to see if the tablets I'm on have made any difference. Hope you're all staying positive

Need some ideas for different meals soon tho. cos getting bored with jacket potatoes with beans. tuna, cottage cheese etc. The truth will be told . Everyone else been very quiet since monday - not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Let me know

Let me know I'm sure a treat every now and again won't hurt, it might be an idea to allocate a certain day to have a treat, it might give you something to look forward to. I wonder where they are all hiding?
