yes, I really like Ben HG..hes brilliant and seems like a truly nice guy. Problem there would be whether they could consider him commercial enough...they usually try to mould them into cheesy poptype singers and I cant imagine Ben doing that...remember Steve Brookstein who looked commercial and was housewifes choice? He had a terrible relationship with X.factor following his win and they refused to recognise or capitalise on his own songwriting and individual talent preferring to send him out with an sure fire selling album of mediocre cover songs...
this has always been my problem with these programmes...if they find someone who is desperately good they get them out of the contest quick to cultivate them so they are NOT labelled or they pick someone leaving behind the real talent.. I love Ben but in a way I hope he manages to show his wares and get offered decent stuff outside the contest as he is basically Rod Stewart type which amongst the overwhelming urban market may be too much of a contrast. But I must admit I am a sucker for X.factor and love watching everyone and all the comments so will get the popcorn out on sunday....hehe...

I know i hope he gets the right deal out of this even if it means he dosent win as you say he isnt the typical cheesy pop type which is why i like him he looks abit like curtis stiger i think thats the one anyway i do tend to get a bit bored of all these classic boyband types they all look the same and the music is alot like the other. ben is different as are the unconvetionals i like the fact they are older and each member looks different mind im not a great judge of voices as im tone deaf myself my children will vouch for me LOL so i will leave that too you

TELLY talent show X Factor was plunged into further chaos last night after TWO more of its contestants were accused of having management deals.

Boyband Eton Road and singer Ray Quinn were in danger of being kicked out after a link with a Liverpool agent was discovered.

If they are already under contract both acts—who made the final 12 yesterday—are in serious breach of show rules.

The shocking news comes just hours after five-piece band Avenue were AXED for the same reason.

Scousers Ray, 18, and Eton Road— students David Heath, James Edwards, Daniel Morris and Anthony Hannah—appear on the website of a Liverpool agent.

Eton Road wowed the ITV1 show's judges at their audition in June and claimed they had only been together for just five days.

But on the Fenlon company site it says they were formed after open auditions in Liverpool in April this year. And on Ray's page the site boasts: "He's been selected for the boot camp, watch this space".

Despite the revelations, X Factor bosses last night DENIED that the claims were true. A spokesman said that they were going over all agreements with a fine-tooth comb and added: "Neither act is currently under a deal and we have asked Ms Fenlon to remove their details from her site."

However, an insider told us: "It's a clear breach of the show rules. What are Colette Fenlon Management, if not a management company? There's a huge row brewing."

i was never fussed on eton rd they are a bit weird for my taste allthough they seemed nice enough , but its not fair if this is true and they arnt given the boot too

Glad to see my two favourites (Leona and Nikita) made it through - I think either of them would be deserving winners based on what I've seen so far.

Really surprised to see Dionne placed in the bottom two.

I was expecting the MacDonald brother to be in the bottom two. Even Louis looked surprised when they made it.

I blame Louis for the Unconventionals' disastrous performance. Mind you there's a few potential winners on the show.

Leona looks the one with the most potential but as she's a girl she'll be up against it.

My favs are (I have 5)

1st-Eton RD- They are gr8 and my fav of the groups, I like them a lot. I dont like the others groups at all. Anthony from Ecton RD is gawjuz But me thinks he is gay, he is so hot though

2nd- Ray, he is soooooo cute and sweet, and makes me- ;D He isnt the best singer though.

3rd- Kerry- She is lovely and can deffo sing.

4th-Leona, she is a really good singer, and very pretty.

5th- Dionne, I cant believe she was in the bottom 2, what the hell was that about she a really good singer.


I hope these are the final 5. I dont like the others, Ben is ok. But mop head (I forget his name) is a big head, I dont like him, he remind me of that other big head, shayne bl**dy ward grrrr I h8 him.

Anyway they are my favs ;D
